My stay was horrible at hotel palm court ludhiana. As there was party at roof top of this hotel till 2: 30 mid night & loud music was being played at full volume. In spite of my repeated requests to front desk there was no control on music volume. Also one front desk person's behaviour was rude. They changed my room but still same problem was there. This hotel is using third class tolieteries i will not recommend this hotel to anyone due to sleepless night.

Took presidential category room but no hot water, water logging in washroom, breakfast time was 7:30 but doesn’t get ready by for 7:45. Wouldn’t serve you even if you have to leave 15 mins early.

No cleanliness. Stinking and dirty carpets in the hallways. Bedsheets are stained. Pathetic breakfast. Hotel caters to weddings and has no regard for other other guests. Loud music playing till late night. Such a pathetic room at such a high price is a joke. Avoid at all cost.

Rooms stinks. Hotel property very old. It looks management is not spending money on maintenance. No power backup. Had to spend 1 hour without power in the stinky room. Food department is pathetic as they are very rude. They hardly take a second to deny whatever you ask for. This was my 2nd stay in the the hotel and i had similar experience.

The ratings are definitely 'purchased'. The rooms are terrible and the breakfast is bad. Though ala cart dinner was fine.

We stayed for just one night, but the rooms were poorly maintained. The floor was dirty, and there was dust on the carved wooden designs. Considering the condition of the rooms, the prices unreasonably high.

It was a wonderful stay for me. I must advise to do a stay here. But basic amenities like dental kit or towels were not present there, so the hotel must look forward for it

Hotel is located at convenient location and near to a shopping mall. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast buffet served had a decent spread.
