Bedsheets were not clean bathroom there was no hand wash not availble.Bad experience this time .

It was my anniversary and they didn't allow me to decorate the room, i wanted to stick balloons on the wall and they asked me not to but then i just kept them on the floor. Decorating a room is allowed in other hotels though

Service was not good. Breakfast was served after ordering, but the taste was not good. According to 3 star hotel breakfast would be in the form of a buffet.

The state was totally pathetic, The hotel was in shabby condition. There was no proper staff to greet at the entrance. There was no sense of hospitality no proper house of was present for the service. We checked in at around 8:30 pm and after seeing the condition of room, we checked out at around 1130 and we have to book another hotel from agoda

Reception person was sleeping instead of working and told us that no one is allowed to leave the building after 1 which is not at all right

It was a great experience, i checked-in late in the hotel but there was no issue in the check in or check out. The staff was very professional, they helped me out with everything i didnt understand because it was my first time staying at a hotel by myself. The room was clean and fresh. So yeah, overall a great experience

The staff was rude and inconsiderate and talked rudely with my mother because she ordered multiple things for the complimentary breakfast and urged her to order in one go instead of taking time. The geyser was also not working.

Tv not working, no locks on door and washroom, dirty rooms, smell in room as room as adjoining kitchen, floors dirty, towel dirty, no mini bar, can't set temperature of ac because of centralised ac. Temperature is fixed, no geyser, taps pres-sue is very very low.

Room was good but could be better(i have booked non view rooms maybe this will be the reason, i haven't tried their food so can't say about that, staffs were also polite and professional, so overall experience was good.

It’s very near by from business market. Also very good as it is inside the pavilion mall. Where we can shop & movies. Rooms & reception person are very humble.

The location is good but the ac is not cooling properly. The kitchen is closed at 11 pm and they do not allow us food from outside.

The property had cockroaches, broken floor, unclean linen (hair found on bed at multiple spaces, torn pillow covers, just to name a few. Only the foe baljeet was decent.

Continuous sound from the gym upstairs, leaking pipes from overhead pipelines inside room, tv remotes does not work, basic sanitary kits not available are some of the problems faced by me during my visit in sept 24
