Worst experience i ever had, do not book this hotel, don’t stay for free also, no water, worst complimentary break fast, schedule was spoiled, waited for hours for water to take bath

Very worst room service and not good for family for hotel. Rooms also not cleaned only 50% satisfied and walls are completely bad with water. Not given ac remote and tv is there only but not working. Not respond properly and in time.

Hotel room is old and unhygienic. Hotel restaurant is like a road side dhaba. Garbage is being dumped behind the hotel and that the view you get from the window.

Horsley hills is a cool nice hill station. But it is a small place. We can get normal limited and unhygienic food. Not a great place to see again. It may be good during summer?

Very bad, bathroom is terrible. No maintenance. Couldn’t bear the smell and had to book another stay immediately just after checking in. Didn’t even expect for refund.

We checked in but decided not to stay for the below reasons 1. No wifi 2. Poorly maintained rooms and bathrooms 3. Second room was allotted late 4. Photoss was nowhere close to what it was. 5. Bed linens where shabby

I recently stayed at horsley hills holiday home on21. 06. 2024, and unfortunately, my experience was not as expected it was a good hotel, but hotel staff are lack in comunication, they are not providing anything without reminding them, bed sheets were smelly, and used, hairs and some bad mark were on the bed(although they changed it later after asked them many times, no toiletries were provided, after asked several times they provided liquid soap for hand wash and drinking water food were not fresh and taste was not good. I believe horsley hills holiday home management/owners could improve by (suggestions for improvement- better communication, upgrading amenities, improving cleanliness standards)

We booked for suite rooms but it looks like normal rooms no television all blankets and curtains are in spoiled condition in room walls fungs are there. Rain water coming inside. It was a bad experience

No amenities are available as per the hotel description like internet, ac are not working. Rooms and mattress are not clean and room was cleaned after asking. The staff were not available and non responsive after calling the owner then got a response and none of the issues were resolved

It was an average stay, they didn’t have not much cozy rooms, the sheets were not maintained properly. Heater was not working despite informing them it was not fixed. Food was very average at the restaurant. This place is big and it could be maintained great so to attract more public.

Poor house keeping in the premises. No one available at the property to resolve the issue. Tv wont work, no wifi, no lights in the washroom, one of the fans don't work. Restaurants were closed. Pathetic service. Not recommended at all

Shower and tv not working. Dirty bedding n towel, no toiletries, shabby room and surrounding. Limited option for breakfast. Not worth the money

Good location. Rooms are average. Poor maintenance. Room service not available. Complimentary breakfast was good. But lunch quality not much good. One person is available for managing everything.

Room look was neat, break fast was just ok, no room service, tv not working, room lock has poor lock no safety u can not order anything in hotel. Just fresh up chit chat and sleep. This room will be good for bachelor. Family with infants not preferable. Lots of cockroaches in the room. Location very near by to all the sight seeing places near to shops. Only one restaurant available that is aptdc food was good. Location is pleasant for a weekend relax
