Property is badly managed. Rooms are stinking. Washroom is highly unhygienic. They do not provide toiletries and towel until you ask at reception. Only positive is nearby to meenakshi temple and railway station.

Don't get missed by the photos put up by the host. The hotel is old, lost it's sheen and no action taken to restore it. In our room, we could see they haven't cleared properly the edge of tiles which is accumulating mold. Toilet seats are old though cleaned. It's like they do a mopping every day across without any efforts for deep cleaning. Bed sheets are cheap / think blankets. The pillow covers stink. Overall it is worth a 2. 0 rating.

First, no provision available there for mosquito repellent neither they have all out, mortein nor spray. Second, very limited staff, during check out time, no staff will be there to carry and drop luggage in the cab. Third, furniture is very old, toilet seat were broken.

The hotel was pathetic. There were coachroaches in the room. Mosqito will drag you to hell and they don't have allout as well. For every request you tell them 3-4 times. The bathroom is not clean at all. I will strongly not recommend this hotel to anyone. Please look for some other options.

Location in main city. Food was nice. Tasty food. No hot water. Room was clean. Location city centre.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The service was incredibly slow—something as simple as a cup of tea took around 2-3 hours to arrive. The staff should be more polite and friendly, but unfortunately, I didn’t see that during my stay. Additionally, the room was not as clean as it should have been, which added to the overall unpleasant experience.

Worst experience and till 10:30pm we had to wait for 2nd room. One room in 4th floor and another in 2nd floor, even when you request stating we are family together. No towels, no proper fans and stinking rooms. Everything shown in pictures are 8 years back version

For pune to banglur flight makes my trip asked me to purchase seats by telling free seats not available while as 75% flight was empty for web check in for return flight hyderabad to pune flight it’s again asking to buy seats where as i already buy it
