The bathroom flush was leaking and overflowing. Room was very small and congested. Extra mattress provided was not clean. The brush paste packet provided had hair in it. The washbasin was not clean and spilling water. Bathroom shower was not working.

It's just a lodge, lift is not working, no Wi-Fi, not flexible. Hinting to call next time directly we will give 24h check in checkout. money waste

Worst service i have never travel-led like this. Bus department behaviour is very much rude. They are not dropping the dropping point. Because of that i paid 500 to auto waala to reach my drop location

It was a terrible experience. No ventilation and very suffocating rooms. Toilet was not neat, no wifi connection. Would recommend not to choose this hotel.

Hotel personnel are good facilitators. They help the tourists with correct information. This hotel is near the temple. I suggest every tourist to stay in this hotel and have your trip properly.

I have booked family room for 3adults and one child. The room given to us is very small and no any space for even matters. We carried our luggage to the room ourselves. I am traveling with my seniors citizens parents and child but they have no any menners. I have complain about it to customer care but they also told me to adjust in small room or cancel the booking. I am very disappointed with this. We carried our luggage to the room ourselve. i had to find another hotel in the rain at 8. 00pm. I felt awful booking in an unknown city don't take a risk to book room in this hotel

Its a good and neat hotel for stay at madurai meenakshi amman temple. Walking distance to the temple west gate. And walkable distance from the temple parking ground. Staff are so friendly

The ac was not having cooling affect and toilet was having broken bath fittings. Overall a bad experience with family in hot and humid weather of madurai

Average room stay, good thing about the lodge is it is situated nearby to madurai meenakshi temple, koodal azhagur temple and railway station. They provide hot and cold water for bath facilities, the spacing in the room is very limited.

Location is perfect, very near the temple and all the shops but still in a quiet area. Staff was very helpful. Possibility to have some hot water downstairs in the reception area. The room is big and the bed was comfortable. Shower not always working we had to shower using the buckets. Overall pleasant stay. I recommend.
