Bathroom was not clean. Room has lack of lighting and cleanliness is a myth for them i think. Staff was so patience less. Not worth for money.

Rooms are very small and buffet breakfast is very unorganised. Good car parking, but located in a very busy area.

Not good hotel to stay with couple. Rooms not clean and airy. Very poor maintenance. No gysers. Totally dependent on solar for hot water. If want to take early darshan at temple not recommended to stay

Ok. Not value for money stayed a night with my family on a trip to madurai. The rooms are very small for the price i had to pay. Very rigid rules not understanding the needs of guests. Room service food price is rocket high.

I am a female traveler traveling with my parents and son and the reception person asked me to either pay more or show him pic of five star review of the hotel, to give me the room! when i refused bluntly (ofcourse), he got very rude! terrible experience.

The location, breakfast, and staff were really good. The room size was less than average space for a deluxe room. The amenities were average, especially the equipment was ancient in the bathroom.

I did 5 day trip down south. The last one was a madurai stay which was a worse experience compared to all of them in terms of location and hygiene. The rooms are very small. There is absolutely nothing called hygiene maintained in the entire hotel. Rooms and toilets. The only reason for me to choose this is because it's close to the temple. The price for what services offered is rocket shooters. Lastly i did not dare to order food from here.

Good place near to temple. Only thing is place at junction. Parking place is available. But entrance is a bit narrow

No hot water service during silent

No hot water in the early morning. The madurai meenakshi temple opens at 5:30am and when we took bath before that, no hotwater. Again they use solar system with air heaters and to save some money they switch it off in the early mornings or the automatic mode does not work. Very bad experience

Bedspread has stained and ucleaned. The window curtain was too small to cover to outside view. Room is not cleaned.

The hotel president is terrible. How a 3 star rating is given to this hotel. Rooms are very small. I am disappointed by your suggestions for the hotel. I suggest that you should also personally check before including in your list of hotels.

The stay was so comfortable and the service was excellent. The stay was very accessible to all the location and the staffs were very friendly. Ms. Shanmugavali ms. Jyothi and mr. Dinesh service was excellent.

Rooms are small. TV was not working..after calling three times maintenance person came to see after 1 hr. Food of the restaurant is good.3 ⭐ for the stay.

Very small room, bad smell, not good service, not good area. Also, in the night 11 pm one service man banged room door and tried to open the room from outside with master key. When i opened and asked the reason, he just laughed casually. Horrible stay experience.

Firstly, i significantly appreciate you providing me and my husband with high-quality customer service for 2days. The temple was 7 min walkable from the stay.
