The hotel was not good and so are the staff. Even hot water is not coming in the room. Also the condition of the lift is more worst.

Bad rooms at this cost. Used water bottles filled with their filtered water and given to rooms. On confronting, their response: we are filling ro water and giving, such shameless response. Felt like went to some kind of lodge by paying ac rooms cost. Old and miss managed bathroom and hotel. Horrible behaviour of cafeteria staff. Hot water not available at evening. All staff unprofessional.

We booked for four bedroom family room but got studio room with one extra bed. Hotel management mentioned that they dont have four bedroom room.

Toilet not clean, food quality is not good, hot water not coming, very worst hotel. Only bed is ok.

Trip to madurai and rameswaram

Stay was good but the restaurant and food service was bad. More than half of the items in the menu were not available. We placed our order 8:45 pm and they told at 10 pm that they don't have paneer available. They should either inform us earlier we should not have waited that long for dinner. Stay was okay. Rooms are big and clean. Bathroom was bit dirty

Pathetic experience. While the restaurant is in the hotel but they will still charge additional 10% of us order something at your room and this is over and above gst which is being charged. Secondly, they don’t communicate any change. I was there from 17th till 20th april. 19th was election day and the restaurant was closed without any prior notice communication. When asked the people at the reception was rude.

Horrible experience, full of bed bugs on the bed and too much of mosquitoes, couldn't get 1hour sleep, it is not recommended to stay

Room was clean. Supportive staff. Food was above average. Overall we had a comfortable stay. Only issue was bathroom that had no ventilator.

Parking can have more space,,.

Good and pleasant stay. We booked the family room. The room was clean. But i hope there were better breakfast options. Overall a nice stay.

Room, bedsheets etc were neat and comfortable. Breakfast is ok. Hair dryer, mini fridge etc were missing. Facilities may be improved.

Just an average hotel with not so bad amenities. Not recommended if you are looking for a great stay in madhurai. But, this one's got all the items we need. The staff looked responsive, but they don't really care to maintain the amenities properly.

Location is ok, food quality is very bad as we have lunch in one day. Amenities are not provided even mineral water and one soap for 3 adults. Service is average only

I booked for a day stay with my family. It was really good. The staff at the reception, security were really friendly and helpful. There were few minor issues which i felt can be taken care. A floor mat at the bathroom door should be helpful as wet floor will be slippery. Other than that everything else were good.

Property location was ok, car parking available, room space was good. We are 100% vegetarian but chicken pieces found in pane-er sabji.

Very decent hotel for family stay. Staff were very kind and helpful for the luggage shifting. Indeed we forgot our one of luggage back and left madurai. Hotel team called us and informed when we were at rameshwaram on same day after checkout. Hotel management is very kind and professional. They have secured our luggage almost 10days and handover to our relatives on request. We felt like still genuine people are there. Thank you so much to hotel rajdhani and management.
