The hotel is good for a short stay. The support staff was courteous and really helpful. The breakfast at the restaurant was good and reasonably priced. The car parking is just in front of the hotel. We visited on a weekday hence didn't face any issues.

Overall okay. Receptionist very helpful and polite. Arranged vehicles for whole trip to visit places. Good job. Only room is small.

The location of the hotel was on the main road, but it was narrow and parking facilities are not good enough. The toilets of the hotel room also needs to be hygienic and clean.

Stayed there for a night with family. The staff was extremely helpful. Even though parking spots are very limited, they helped with parking and unloading the luggage. The rooms are compact and value for money. The bathrooms were clean. Having a veg restaurant in the hotel was a big convenience.

The hotel is amazing and even the food is awesome .the only thing to improve is the mosquitoe eradication ...in non AC rooms .all others are very well done ✅

Very mediocre below average place. The maintenance is poor. Rusted bathroom taps. Wash basin tap did not work. Response from the hotel staffs was it's because of salt water i. E. Salt getting deposited in tap line. Then how come the bath tap & toilet helpline worked better? they had no answer for it. Towels were not clean at all. Not sure when it was washed last time. If you call the receiption for a request, they send staffs. But if you see the housekeeping staffs on floor & request for anything, they'll say they'll come but they'll never come. Car parking - it can accommodate 6 cars in the basement. If you are lucky, you will get space for your car if not we have to check for parking elsewhere outside by ourselves. Food - there is a veg restaurant in ground floor. But food was very bland. No salt absolutely & spice level was below normal in south indian breakfast.

Pathetic and humiliating. The denied me breakfast even though i have paid, due to some billing issues with makemytrip. They don't care about their guest. They have the audacity to treat you like an imprisoner.

No hot water supply. First of all not igenic. Closet and wash basin is running with water throughout the day. Not able to stop. There is no calling bell for the room. Only thing is ac working properly. Won't recommend anybody to stay there. As the water running through out when we are taking bath water is coming in the pipe very little. Be careful make my trip name will be spoiled if continue to recommend ie all to say

My stay at hotel samrat is just about average. Very poor maintenance. Staff are polite and courteous. Requires more cleanliness and hygiene.

Never ever book hook hotel samrat, my own experience i i speak when i visited with my family, hotel bathroom very dirty, bedroom they give u used bedsheet and towel, staffs are impolite, and hot water not available even after complain, please do not fall in trap in hotel samrat

I had a very pleasant stay at hotel. From receptionist everyone was nice. Well maitained rooms and bathrooms. I felt some sounds outside the room during night otherwise no disturbence was there. I recommend for next time also.

I have stayed for 1 day with family in the hotel. Even though it is old building it is well maintained. Hotel staffs and all are good. They are helpful. Only concern is with respect to parking space. Overall it was good
