Hotel stay was nice, rooms are clean and spacious. The staff behaviour is also good. The food from their restaurant was also good. It is inside the city so city traffic may cause problems if you are a regular traveler in between hotel and other place. You will get other good restaurants near by. The railway station is just 3 km away from hotel. The biggest problem is the car parking. Only space for 4 cars. I forced to park my car roadside one night

the room was very small. we found it difficult to change our clothes. neatly maintained. staffs were friendly. roof top veg restaurant was at reasonable price. 2000-2500 should have been the actual price.

I stayed for 1 day with my wife, they have a convenient location, parking slots are limited, however the staff are nice so they will manage something for you. The room they offered us was a bit small, but no issues with ac or cleaning. They have inhouse restaurant, restaurant staff are too good. Overall a good experience.

Overall room was spacious and clean. Staffs were. Friendly. Checked in at 08:30pm and check out time was 12noon the next day. I requested an hour extension but it was denied abruptly. Only 3-4 tables in roof top restaurant, food was ok.

I recently stayed at the hotel vilvaas in madurai and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautifully designed, blending modern amenities with traditional south indian architecture. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a lovely road view. The staff at vilvaas were incredibly hospitable and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The on-site restaurant served delicious local cuisine, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. This is perfect for a refreshing dip after a day of exploring the city. The hotel's location is also convenient, being close to major attractions like the meenakshi amman temple and the thirumala nayakkar palace. Overall, my stay at hotel vilvaas madurai was delightful, and i highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting madurai.

This hotel is below the standard 2 star hotels. It is just like a lodge. Parking space is 3 roadside parkings only which are first comes basis. Not value for money however good if paying 1800 or less for their delux room.

Stinking bathroom, mosquitoes in the room, ac was not working properly, cleaning staff didnt understand english or hindi.

Location was prime, easy access to move around or find transport. I didn't have the time to visit the restaurant or order food. The room was spacious, neat and clean. Service point, reception staff was courteous and prompt in dealing with the guest.
