Location is good very near to airport. Food need lots of improvement. The restaurant starts only after 7. 30. Room space is very small. Hotel hospitality is good.

Location and stay was very good. I missed my shirt in hurry but the housekeeping informed to reception and gave it. Good communication with staff using wake talkies.

Bathroom is very small and shower operation is closed. Even regular water opening was kept closed in room no 316, only after request it opened

The hotel is good. Rooms are neat and clean. Only thing is they have only two room apartment types with common living room and nit independent rooms available. Overall it is good.

Good stay especially for families with more members. They offer 2 bhk like accommodation with dining and kitchen facilities ideal for family. They also have a good restaurant to add to the comfort. Fitness center is there as well.

They told 1 litre of water as complementary and give 2*250 ml litre water bottle. If we ask extra water they told us to pay for water bottles. We asked why u charged for water, it is mandatory to give water. They told only auro water is free. If you want auro water we call receptionist and they come to our room and collect 2*250 ml empty water bottles and fill it with auro water returned to me. Worst experience i ever see.

Clean and hygiene rooms with good ambient. Staffs are friendly and eager to helping others. Wi-fi, kitchen with minimum need. One suggestion if possibleput a small refrigerator in kitchen added.

Location is way far and impractical. Food is passable, nothing grt. Studio apts are badly designed, bad ventilation, unclean windows, bathroom below ordinary. Large space wasted, cheap interiors and impractical planning. No fire safety, can be dangerous, badly lit long, corridors. Overall triple the process i would pay for. Staff frdly but doesn't matter.

Language barrier and missing basic etiquette’s

My parents and their one of friend with his wife stayed their, they didn’t like the stay. Infra wise it good but they have basic etiquette issues, also they have language problem don’t know hindi & english. Being in hotel business they should employ someone who know hindi and english. Also after requesting for paid airport shuttle service they agreed and in last minute they said sorry we haven’t booked. So enough of confusion. They have serious problem which is language barrier

It’s a apartment converted hotel ( service apartments), it’s great, clean flats/rooms, have a kitchen which is nice. Location a bit far from temple. The restaurant below is nice, room service is good. Overall it’s a great stay.

We took a 2 bhk flat inside it for 7 people, they helped us to get 3 extra beds, we checked in late at night but the staff was kind enough to help us with luggage and stay.
