It is not fit for 3 star rating. No hygienic, very very small rooms. No proper communication. Not worthy. The property is easy to access, but our stay is so horrible.

Room service food quality was good but buffet spread food was average. Overall stay was pleasant as rooms are clean and well maintained, staffs are polite and quite helpful

Hotel location is good but there is no proper response from the service staff, there is no one to show the room while check-in and no one to assist while checkout.

The room was rather small for 2 people to adjust. Rooms were not cleaned, and upon showing the previous used blankets then only they were changed. Lots of mosquitos, and cockroaches there in the room

Property location good, we didn’t use the food service but there is very small restaurant space, washrooms are small and need maintenance otherwise rooms good to stay.

The rooms as shown in the picture was not what was provided. Bathrooms were dirty with broken buckets. There was no ac remote in the room and the room was pretty conjusted. Expected a much better and hygienic room at this price

It was not good we are with family with a kid where we were not able to get baby food cooked as needed. Family restaurant was also not good too high price but food quality not good. Poor service rooms were very bad and congested i would never suggest anyone to stay before they confirm all the details properly. Mmt please refund my money back asap

Small but decent hotel. I stayed in the deluxe room which just had a bed and tv. The washroom didn't have toiletries which was major disappointment. They have a resturant too on the ground floor which serves decent food.

Hotel room is little messy, toilet not cleaned properly, room service is good but after i booked the hotel through make my trip app i about to inform that i will check in little later but they didn't respond 5 calls between some intervals after 6th call only got the response.
