This hotel is located at good location and has good connections, rooms are good and service is ok, had a great food on roof top restaurant and buffet for breakfast contains quite a variety of food. Recommended for others as well. Staff understand hindi as well and english, many foreigners were staying in this hotel which felt like this is more a business friendly hotel.

Nice hotel close to the temple and market area. Very good breakfast. The rooms are not as clean as it should be, there were cockroaches in the lobby area.

Hotel maintenance is very poor, lot of mosquitoes inside the room, also i have requested for 30 mins extra time for checkout, they said ok but turned off geyser and didn’t serve me fresh towels saying that not possible during checkout time.

Property location is best. Near to meenakshi temple and other temples. Rooms were maintained well. Amenities and services also well maintained. Food was average. Hotel service was good

Located in city area near meenakshi temple. Food is delicious with good ambience of hall and roof top. Amenities provided and of good quality. Service of staff is good. Staff is very supportive and giving proper attention.

One male staff at reception was terrible. Extremely rude and non-cooperative. Since we have an old age traveling with us, they should make them feel comfortable atleast with their voice tone. He couldn't offered to let us seat and use their washroom and even park our luggage for 3 hrs after our check out. That was totally unprofessional and inhuman.

Hotel is in centre of the city. Room service was also good. Breakfast buffet is good. Aged people can stay comfortably as lift is there.

The hotel is in a prime location. It is near the madurai junction. The famous meenakshi temple is also within walking distance of one and a half km. Really a good hotel.

Booked for double bed but not provided. Small room but booked for 288 sq. Ft room. Average food with very high price. Be ready to pay for 110 rs for 2 phulka. Suffocated room. Will not recommend. Do not book just by seeing overall good rating. Not cleaned properly. Terrible exp.

Generally, we choose madurai residency to meet madurai meenakshi. Bf & dinner are good. Dinner at roof-top restaurant! clean and neat rooms. Always a pleasant experience!
