The rooms were ok. But i did find a bed bug. Also there were cockroaches in bathroom. The reception never answered the phone. No cleaning the garbage would stay there for days.

Room is clean and neat with all the amenities as listed was provided except the tv which was not able to provide the entertainment as they have not paid the bill for tata sky so we cannot watch any channels after informing with reception they cannot provide any solution for this till we check out.

Trip to madurai

It was a nice stay at an affordable price. Check in time was 12 pm but we reached early at 11 am in the morning and they allowed us to check in early without extra charges.

Laundry could be better.

No food close by. The neighborhood is shady. But the hotel is excellent. The laundry could be done better. Sheets and towels are clean but stained.

Not worth money spent. Drinking water also payable after complimentary 500ml. Couldnt sleep well as adjacent room washroom noise so loud and irritating. Room was clean. Bathroom clean. Only solace

It was peaceful and good staffs were good and warm and cooperative clean and peaceful ambience only if atleast tea would have been a constant provison it would have been even more awesome

Rooms are small still a nice place to stay. Nice location. Parking is the little issue still the staff are very cooperative and managed the things ease.

Pros: hotel seemed fine. Good lifts. Ac working well. Well lighted room. Cons: 1. Found a large insect between my bed and wall. Had to call staff to remove it. 2. Window handles were broken. So couldn't open it. 3. Toilet roll not provided ( but received it on asking) 4. Fan regulator not working. So had to manage with the set speed 5. No in house food provided

Room size is okay. Blanket was not fresh. Without wash it was put to use. No restorant. No meals. They don't serve food from outside. Only breakfast will be arranged. Meals and supper arrangement will not be taken by hotel even if we are ready to order & pay for the same

Overall stay was not satisfied as the room was average the room service and the room facilities like ac was switched off by staff during the night and the behavior of the staff wasn't good even though with repeated request for bathroom mat was not provided

You will get for what you have paid

Good room, ac is good. Clean enough. Comfortable. Location looks bad but the city is almost like this may be due to highly populated city. You need to have a car to reach there and go early to get the parking. Staff was super helpful. But eat outside better while coming there as not even small shops near by. But i did through zomato. Staff collected and delivered to the room

very beautiful rooms with new and stylish look. Restroom is neat and clean. Had ac, tv, chair, table, wardrobe and dustbin. Room service is excellent. Instead of spending for hotels near temple, u can very well pick this hotel and spend your day happily. O la costs 130 to meenakshi temple and we cannot get a room like this in madurai at this cheap price.
