The toilets were not only unclean amd unhygienic they needed urgent repair. The room was full of mosquitoes and there was no parking available. There was no coffee/ tea set but an empty electric kettle wot h no other support items kept.

The hotel is located near district court which can be used as a landmark. Nearest transit place is m. G. R. Bus stand. There are several restaurants nearby. Basic amenities were provided and room was spacious. Electric kettle was not provided.

Location : 4 km to madurai temple, room good but toilet very bad, parking space is congested. Breakfast is good. Overall experience not satisfactory for a decent living

Very nice stay. Very nearer to mgr mattuthavani bus stand. The staff's hospitality is very good. Especially owner anand sir is a very honest gentleman. They arranged me a car for 2 days for trip in a affordable price.

As per the details published of the hotel pk residency, please note, that parking for the cars is not available. This is a wrong information that is published. The complimentary break fast is also miserable. Not worth paying for this offer. Even the coffee/tea is not provided with the breakfast. It was chargeable.

While booking it showed king size bed, but in the hotel they provided queen size bed with extra mattress. There was not sufficient place in the room to put extra mattress. For the same i called customer care at makemytrip. They gave me solution to cancel the booking at 10pm in the night and search for some other hotel. Pathetic solution

Terrible experience from the reception staff itself. Went there with family and the staff need id for the marriage. I show him the photos, then he need to see the family photo etc. Bad behaviour. . And no parking space for the two wheeler.
