Smelly rooms. The mirror had a bindi of previous guest. The hotel staff had not cleaned those as well. The bathroom was bad. Do not recommend

There was no food. The pillow was very flat. Each pillow white cover looked different. A single, but small, blanket was provided. Bathroom toilet hoses looked very old and dirt.

Bedsheets are cleaned, but there are marks on bedsheet. Bathroom is ok ok. Ac is better. If they provide new bedsheets that will be good. Overall it's fine.

The pictures of room are entirely different Cupboards are broken. The room is stinky. Bed sheets are not wasted properly

The hotel is located on the main road, which is a bit closer to the meenakshi amman temple. This helped us to. Comute to temple. The staff are not so supportive and we got only warm water. You can't expect hot water in this facility.

The hotel is in good location but the facility is not worth for the payment. I booked through makemytrip for a family stay of 4, but they provided a room with two single beds and they provided one additional single mattress only. I had to pay for another mattress for my 2 night stay at that hotel. They didn't provide bedsheets even, when asked the room boy said once delivered from laundry it will be supplied, but until next day evening they did not provide any. I put my request again to have the same. I raised a support ticket through makemytrip on the same day i arrive in hotel but they reached out to me after 24 hours to say that is depend the hotel to provide bed or not, i was surprised as my booking was for 4 guests (3adults +1 child) and the payment is for 4 for 2nights.

Non supportive front office people. Room was not properly groomed. Pillow cover not washed. Over all bad experience.

Crumbling infrastructure

I stayed at this hotel 5 years ago, when it had a fabulous look and well kept amenities. It looks terrible now, due to poor maintenance. Although the rooms are clean, the hotel needs renovation and upkeep.

Room was not clean. It was crampted. Bed was bad and you may get body pain. You will get noise outside the room. Worthless.

1. Blanket was very dirty and they provided the used one. 2. Room was not clean, entire room was like full of cigrate smell. 3 instead of room frensher they used an phenol. Not satisfied and very much disappointed.

No parking facility

There is no parking facility we have to park the car roadside. The bathroom is also not a good one. The rooms are very big and clean.

Property staff were kind, they allowed us to place our luggage near reception on our own risk on vacating the room & store our belongings for 18 hours. They failed to give us GST invoice neither during check-in nor checkout. Hot water was made available at 9pm itself, good location for nearby restaurants..
