Quiet and cosy

Stayed at poppys madurai for 3days. Absolutely lovely hotel. Comfortable, cosy and quite. Hotel location is also quite good. Great food at the melting pot (in house restaurant) and the highlight is the staff working there, calm and composed. The rooms are big and great. I highly recommend this hotel, will visit again next time.

Better water treatment facility required

Water in the toilet wqs muddy. Buffet spread was average. The water tub in the junior suite was not maintained properly. It was very dirty. Overall the hotel requires better maintenance protocols

Nice stay in well connected location

Nice and cozy room. Breakfast was good. Service was good. Staff very friendly and provides all the support to make the stay comfortable. Special mention to sundar for helping us with food and service. Location wise it's well connected with the airport and bus-stand and little far away from the famous temple but you can get ola, auto or cab.

We stayed here to do darshan in meenakshi temple, temple is almost 6 to 7 km from here, but this localilty is better. Staffs were good and property is clean.
