Place is very ancient dating back to tipu's time. Not well maintained. Bedsheets and pillow covers are antique and looks unwashed since decades. Bath fittings are all leaking and stained heavily. B but for just a night stay it's okay

Very bad experience. Poor quality of sheets and blanket. No wifi. Staff were very rude and non cooperative. Bed condition was very poor and it was making a creaking sound even after a little movement. Not at all worth the money we paid. Avoid this place as there are plenty better hotels near by.

Everything was very good. Just the bed sheet didn't look clean. The staffs were helpful and very polite. The location is excellent. Approx 700 meter from both meenakshi temple and madurai railway station

The golden park hotel needs more improvements. Mis management. Very bad behaviour. Rooms and bathroom are dirty.

Too much waiting for checking, rooms good but mosquitoes, late night checking and no person for luggage, waiting hall no fan and too many mosquitoes

The experience was not good. The hotel did not give service' which is provided on application. No hot water 24 hrs. No drinking water. Rooms are not clean. Just we wasted our money

Very bad experience really there no hospitality. Service not good they have no proper staff. Zero maintenance no updation according the ratings. No hot water. Overall very bad experience.

Washroom are not maintained, rooms were given with improper lights and have very bad ordur. To control ac temperature you have to go to reception and there is no remote control and biggest challenge is this. Never would prefer for family travel.

Location good, walkable market area and temple but service is pathetic, poor maintenance no cleanliness, no restaurant staff is always after tips and commissions in every thing, front desk has language problem overall worst place

The hotel was not upto mark the bedsheets were dirty and there was no food or restaurant in the hotel. If we want food we need to go 1/2 kilometers for a restaurant.

I had booked the rooms on combo offer where i got 1 ac and 1 non-ac room. Service is terrible, room is not clean, the bed sheets were not clean. Hot water available only at 3am to 5 am that too warm not fit for bathing. Had to pay extra for that warm water. They put towels in place of floor mat after requesting. I called the hotel 3 hours earlier to check in but they didn't keep the room ready it took more than an hour for us to check in. If it was not raining and i had already paid full amount in advance, i would have moved to another hotel close by. But had no choice had visited with family with kids. Had to compromise with their service. Even though after paying the money we were treated like as if they are giving for free.

Good response from the staff at the hotel. Only drawback is that they don't have a restaurant inside the building. Overall i will rate it as a good hotel and will also recommend to my friends

Pros 1. Easy to locate in gmaps 2. Rooms are neat and clean 3. Good response from reception 4. Separate parking area cons 1. Ac manual adjustments was not working in some rooms 2. Knockdown main door stopper was broken in most of the rooms 3. No restaurant. Overall a decent stay in room which needs some improvement.
