Location very close to temple, food is very good and one can customised according to their needs, room is good and spacious, clean bathroom, balcony not cleaned, staffs are well behaved and polite and helpful. I am overall happy.

Stayed in this hotel for a night. It's decent hotel with all basic requirements. Restaurent is inside and serve good food. Complementary breakfast was excellent. Locality is good, washroom was clean and hot water available all the time, a/c was working. Ample parking space. Basically nothing to complain. Traffic is also reasonable.

Appreciate providing driver accommodation but the driver has to wait till 10. 00pm. It’s absurd, for driving from long distance to wait till 10. 00pm to get accommodation to lie down. Instead our driver slept in the car itself.

I along with my family members stayed from 10. 10. 24 to 12. 10. 2024(2 nights) in this hotel. Prior to arrival the manager has guided and gave advice in visiting local places in madurai and rameswaram. The supporting staff were very courteous and provided all necessary services for our comfort stay. The food is very tasteful and we enjoyed the food. The maintenance of room is good and other amenities provided are worth appreciating. I hope it will keep up the same standards in future also.

We stayed for two nights at this property. Room we stayed in was spacious. But it was not cleaned properly. Housekeeping service is poor as the floor was oily and dusty. Breakfast was limited buffet spread and tasted average. Beware they charge for the breakfast (child 9yr) even if you had prepaid for 2 adults and 2 kids. They also don't provide tea/coffee/creamer, just kettle and two 0. 5l water bottles.
