The room is cozy and spacious enough. The swimming pool view is good and the sitting area outside the room near the pool area is very nice. Kids can enjoy the pool by your sight on them. The food is amazing. It feels like homely food. The only drawback is the hot water have timing there from morning 7 to noon 1. After that if you want to freshen up in the evening or after your trip ends for the day you have to face the chilling water splash on your face.

Service was good, cleanliness was good, but i just face a problem with there wifi connection, there was no sufficient range inside the room for connection. They should work on the wifi network expansion in there hotel.

Location is central with ease to identify. Food menu is small but taste is very good. Well maintained swimming pool. Overall highly satisfied and it was a delightful stay.

Location is in the heart of mahabaleshwar station. However the area is quite congested and requires efforts to park or take out own vehicles. Not much food options. Breakfast is served either as up-ma or dos a without any other options. There should be ramp for senior citizens as the rooms need to be climbed up. Swimming pool is dirty and namesake. Lawn is small but decent. Sports amenities are stale and not namesake.

This hotel is a good option to stay near the main market. Breakfast was simple and tasty like idali, poha, uttappa, bread butter, tea & coffee. Overall experience was good. Lot of scope for improvement in service like providing complimentary mineral water bottles, toothpaste or mouthwash kit, use of room freshner etc. Surprisingly, they charged us rs. 10 for the hot glass of drinking water. One time experience was good but may think again while going second time due this basic missing things as that matters most when you are on a break.

Had great experience since long, staff is very good, only problem is that hot water is available between 7am to 2pm only. Food was good.

Awesome and peaceful place, staff are really excellent including receptionists jairam, room service executives and house keeping staff. Words are less to say thanks to them, they went beyond our expectations especially when family is unwell.

I stayed here for 2 nights and it was an average experience good things first the location is very good; right in the market, walking distance from the main market, everything is near by the staff is very courteous quick services and no complaints. Rooms were very clean and hygienic. Bad things parking: i had taken my own car. Since the property is right next to the main market, parking is a big issue here. The lane in which the hotel is always congested food: it was cold and rainy during my stay the breakfast served was not good at all; they serve a fixed menu and inside the room, they do not have a restaurant when they served food and tea, it was always cold, and in spite of complaining, it did not improve value for money: not satisfied, after paying approx. Rs. 6k per night, including taxes, the kind of service you get was not up to the mark. Rooms had no ventilation and no windows; it was a complete dark room. I requested for a change in room but they refused, saying that there were no rooms available as the hotel was sold out.

My stay at fountain village in mahabaleshwar had its pros and cons. The location was advantageous, and the room size was comfortable. However, the lack of proper hot water facilities and the absence of a water kettle were significant downsides that affected the overall experience. The staff's friendly and helpful demeanor was appreciated, and the tourist information available at the reception was beneficial. If the hotel addresses the hot water and drinking water issues, it could greatly enhance the guest experience and make it a more attractive choice for travelers visiting this picturesque hill station.

Disappointed holiday two Fountain hotels are there in Mahabaleshwar same owner but service is pathetic at village no smile at the reception no dining area they serve you breakfast in the room with only two items and if you ask chef to make some items he used refused not happy as name Fountain is reputed hotel in Mahabaleshwar pls chk b4 you book👍. we were not happy with the hotel

We had a lovely stay at fountain village. Full marks to it. Rooms are spacious n very clean. Staff very friendly
