It’s a very good property, located in central part of the town. Rooms were spacious, clean, room service ok. Breakfast is good but dinner is not that great. Overall good experience.

Apsara hotel has huge area available. No problem for parking. Staffs are courteous. Room was spacious. But service requires much improvement. We could not get tea in the evening, reason being nonavailability of milk in restaurant (as they informed over call. Towels were not provided until asked for. Breakfast menu was very limited. Fruits, dosa, cornflakes can be added. Only alu paratha, idli was available along with muffin, tea, coffee.

Pleasent stay at hotel. Location is good near to main market. Everything seems to be good. Child's play area is bit old. Food is above average. There are many mokey's near to hotel. It's in midst of greenary all around. Overall good stay.

Good location but no view. Rooms are average size but not good. Feels like you are living in a cold storage. All walls have tiles till roof. Lots of cold air flows in the room through gaps in door. The working staff is good except the person at reception who makes you feel why are you here. The restaurant persons asks you if you are going to eat non veg inside the room 10 times if you request for a plate for kid's food. Never visit this place. Avoid such hotels.

Hotel apsara is a big and nicely maintained property. Location is very nice. The premium family room was very good and so was the breakfast served. Highly recommend.

Nice calm place hotel is good and value for money. It's just 1km from the market, at a very convenient location. All the sightseeing points are nearby. Staff and service is also good. The rooms and compound were kept clean and tidy. Food quality is excellent and rates are also reasonable. Overall the experience was soothing and we had a relaxing holiday at apsara. Highly recommended!

Stay was pleasant, hotel staff was very friendly. Property is good for family stay. It’s old property so room conditions are not up to the mark but good option in mahabaleshwar to enjoy your holiday as property is big so having lot of option for family play activities

The property is spacious but no prompt service. We had to request and wait for the towels also. The AC cannot be started or switched off from the room. You have to call the reception and beg for it. Even they didn't give us the AC remote for 3 hours (till midnight) upon calling again and again. No suprise the AC was useless. No geysers in the room and Luke warm water comes only between 7 am to 10 am. The property is spacious but no space for outdoor games. Overall very bad experience. 😣

Really nice accomodation. Rooms are very clean and do match with the photographs on the portal. Staff is well behaved, and services are prompt. Location is serene and my entire family really enjoyed our stay. There was heavy downpour during ojr stay, but that made us admire the beauty and comfort of the place even more. The food quality is average though, but so many nice eateries nearby that it is not a big turn off.

Staying at hotel apsara was a delightful experience. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The serene environment made it a perfect getaway from the city hustle.

Rooms and location are great. Staff is very polite and helpful. A lil issue with cleanliness (may be due to rain) but the staff supported and cleaned. Food is also great.

Room service was awful. Rooms were not properly cleaned and very smelly. Also wifi is too pathetic and you will have to run for everything there

hotel was good clean and neatly managed. the premise of hotel is very good. its 1 kilometre from main market u have to drive by vehicle it's not walkable distance. restaurant is good. there was power failure in hotel when we stayed. overall good 👍

The rooms were good, though bathroom could have been cleaner. Overall, property was good for the price range, maintenance was lacking overall. Food was good and staff also, though staff can improve their performance.
