Good location. Had problem in check in as the hotel was not allowing single person to check in as per directives from the local police station. Matter was resolved but it took one hour to get the room. As per the hotel it was make my trip issue and not theirs. It was really frustrating after travel-ling and continuous rains. Food choice is very limited. Bedsheets were dirty. Location was good as it was close to the main market.

Perfect location for low budget hotel. Location of hotel is near main market.

I stay two days in sangam, awesome experience polite staff good experience. Hotel near main market everything is near to hotel.

Our stay experience was not good, the rooms were stinky, poor hygiene and cleanliness and poor ventilation overall a waste of money.

Staff service was extremely poor. Room allotted was dirty with bad small. No one attended the room even pressing call bell often. Toilet was ordinary, no mirror on the wall above basin. Doors were damaged. Tv was there only for show but not working. Not advisable to go for thi hotel.

It's very near to market and bus stand. Room was clean and well maintained. Staff was very good and supportive. They are ready to help, and gave response immediately. So overall it was good stay.

I am going to uninstall your app and will never use your fake reviews. My stay was terrible i will rate it -5 ) negative rating that is not a hotel it was more like hunted rooms. Water was liking from every corner of the room and you charge me more than 3 times of the actual cost of the hotel

Mahabaleshwar is a hill station. It's a really cold atmosphere there and we are provided with normal quality blankets which won't protect you from the chilling climate at night. A good point is that a hot water facility is provided and it's nearby to multiple tourist places

It was the best hotel for budgetary stay situated near the main market, Bus stand and Parking Area. Cleanliness of the room were very good. Staff members were polite and good.

I had a very bad experience with this hotel. Let me share my entire experience. I was using google maps to reach this spot. The road on which this hotel is situated. Has been dug up by the local authorities for some work. So you can't take car over there. We had to step down at the start of street from car and walk. No issues on that but after entering, i found both the receptionist and attendant boy sleeping on the sofa in front of reception. They woke up on seeing us and entered our details in register. I asked where to park the car he said we need to pay and park somewhere. On confronting with his manager over phone ( as they have mentioned parking facility), they agreed to pay the parking charges. After entering the 2 rooms provided, they said lunch tea snacks nothing was available. It was 3 pm and we were hungry and tried zomato but there was no delivery in that area. Instead of helping us with food/towel/soap etc, they did not bother about anything and both simply went to sleep on the same sofa near the reception. We found that the hotel looked very gloomy, dark and unfriendly in nature from inside. If you see the photos, its totally different from that. Cold and somewhat not lit properly. Walls were wet and peeling off and linen was old and full of bobblings. Instead of card type lock on doors, they are having pad locks which we use in normal homes. Anyways, entire family started complaining of everything and we had to book another descent hotel nearby and immediately vacate this hotel within 30 minutes of check-in. You can call this a lodge and not a hotel actually because it bears the same appearance inside out. Very cleverly, the owner has kept full payment in advance and zero refund policy so that people can't run away even if they want to. In may case, i had a full family so i had to leave it for their sake.

one of the best budget frendly hotel. 1. rooms are good and they have additional single sofa seat which converts into bed for third person accompanying rather than complete bed available although booking was made for three adults. 2. bathroom are clean and hot water is available till morning 10:30 am 3. room service are good. they don't have telephone line which i found good as it can be troublesome for some who is staying with kids. they have ringing bell facility which can be pressed and avail the room service. 4. they have parking space available which can accomodate two cars. however the road outside the hotel is under construction as it's seems electricity wire are routed to underground. so we were asked to park in municipal pay and park area which cost us additional rs 200 for parking car overnight and which was later reimbursed by the hotel. 5. also for luggage pickup and drop hotel staff came for help. 6. they also have in house kitchen and you can order directly to your room. 7. wifi available but signal is very weak. overall stay was good and will surely consider same on our next visit.

Decent budget property

Had 3 nights stay with family. Decent budget property. Courteous staff. Good market location and food. Cleanliness and hygiene should be better. Availability of assistance after pressing bell needs big improvement. Overall enjoyed stayed. Friendly and caring staff. Strictly budget property.

Location is perfect if you are looking only a room as it is located in market. No balcony views. Clean hotel with friendly staff. Inhouse food is also good.
