Property is well maintained and staff is very polite. Staff service is very good. Food quantity and room service is good. Room cleanness, warm water, ac is all equipment is maintained.

Beautiful clean property with a very friendly staff. The service was very good. Moreover the food was amazing. Their breakfast spread was very good and tasty. Not a very vast menu but whatever was served was fresh and tasted very good. The rooms were clean and the room service was also good. Had made special request for food for my 1 year and they served kid friendly food which was very good. Definitely recommend this property & is value for money.

This is my second stay with la serene and must say the ambience, the stay, the room service was all good. Food here is also amazing and delicious.

The location of hotel is good. I mean near to all the points to see at mahabaleshwar. Also the ambience of hotel is good with proper cleanliness and maintenance. Room service is good and staff are polite. I must recommend you to have lunch and dinner there. Every cuisine is delicious. The complimentary breakfast is worth having everyday. Restaurant staff are quick and polite.

I'm interested to share my feedback on the mmt scam. I booked for 3 members, 2 adults + 1 child (11 yrs. In voucher that child was not mentioned i paid for 3 members. This scam has happened twice in my life through mmt. Because of this mmt scam. I had to face a lot of trouble at property and ended up paying an extra amount. I will definitely share this experience in my social group and let my friends be cautious about this scam.

Location- good food- excellent, with lots of variety. Amenities- good, just one suggestion increase the space for indoor games area. Service- excellent.

Property needs maintenance. Rooms are not well maintained, other amenities like pool table and in general playing are is very small, everything is reflecting wear and tear. Room service is good, food is good.

The room was good. But as it's a hill station hot water is a basic necessity to provide running hot water. I didn't find the resort economical.
