The food is great the view is really good on the valley side rooms, stayed 2nd time here in different rooms the experience didnt feel like the same.

Hotel is okay, location is 2km inside from main road. During night the road is little lonely. Mountain view is good from hotel.

Rooms arent cleaned and blankets are not changed unless told. Whereas it should be changed daily. Also restaurant food quality not good.

No water of drink bed was broken bathroom was filled with water after use and lizard was also in room

Location of the property is good but rooms are not maintained properly. Food quality is good but service is very slow. They have very limited options for complimentary breakfast which was not expected for such costly room.

Location is excellent, and facilities also good but maintenance is too poor. You will find numerous damages in property. Also they offer complimentary co stay with reptiles. If property is properly managed then it can get at-least 4 star.

Very bad hotel no dental kit, tv from 1990 yrs kept in suite room, no dental kit, no telephone extension, for playing games like snooker its chargeable, bad attitude of manager, could never come here, the restaurant should be closed, no well arranged breakfast

Very nice, excellent n pleasant location with valley & mountain views along with very good vegetarian food. Staff were very polite n helpful. Owner was also available for anything needed. Junior n family suite rooms are too spacious & desiner. Love my stay with my family. Definitely recommend. Go for it.

Great view but under maintained property

The room we booked was 208 and was one of the most expensive rooms in the hotel. It had a mezzanine floor and a drawing room as well. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom was out of order and hence we were provided with a stand fan. The bathroom was clean but not commode. The basin was leaking as well. The room as a whole was not very well maintained. There were damages all through. The view and room service were amazing though. The food is overpriced according to quantity & taste, no complaints on quality.

View was not as shown in the image. In front of my room all trees were there so i couldn’t get any view. Rooms were very small. Not worth Otherwise property is average. View from property was good. Food was good.

Only the view and pool is good but the service is pathetic resturant is out source so even single water bottle hotel will not provide you need to purchase. Not served even drinking water while you entered

We find this property on mm t and it is quite enough. The staff of the hotel is very good. Food quality is also good. Pool is clean and maintained and benches outside gives pleasant texture to stay, you can view valley. Indoor games are good.

Old furniture, dirty lenins, torn bedsheets. Dirty water in swimming pool. Do not provide towel for swimming. Repeat the same towel next day of stay just dry it on chairs. Food is good to taste. Poorly maintained property

Stay was awesome. Only thing is that on 1st night they dint provide hot water. After discussion with the staff hot water provided in next morning. Very friendly staff

Location nice as was quite and away from the main streets. Food was not good. Has just one meal tats it. No power back up so has power cuts a lot. Hotel is old n tired. Needs to be renovated. Our room had no most door knobs falling apart n no flush buttons only the stick. Very badly maintained.
