The property has no network at all and there is wifi available. Rooms were spacious but that clean. Breakfast they had was tasteless. Very limited items for breakfast and food was pathetic

Outstanding campus with heritage like rooms. No connectivity with other rooms, so privacy is fully maintained. The staff are really good, groomed, polite, traditional food with limited but tasty menu. Completely in nature. One should enjoy the stay

We had stayed in executive suite ac room no. 1. The room was spacious however the bathroom was stinking. All the switches were loose and difficult to charge our mobiles. There was no network at all in the room. On account of the stinking bathroom it was difficult to stay in the room and had to force ourselves to use the washroom. Overall the property has not been maintained at all and not at all appealing. Will never visit again nor recommend it to anyone.

Property was good. The washroom in the room appeared to be poorly maintained, with cleanliness not up to standard. Issues such as unclean surfaces, a lack of fresh scent, or possibly visible dirt and stains were noticeable. This gave an impression of neglect, which significantly impacted the overall comfort and hygiene of the stay. Additionally, the geyser in the room was not functioning as expected. It may have been inconsistent in heating water, taking too long to warm up, or failing to produce hot water altogether. This inconvenience made it difficult to enjoy basic amenities, especially during colder weather or for guests relying on warm water for their daily needs. Both of these issues could have been resolved with better maintenance and it attention to detail. We were allotted economic room non ac room no 15 and 16

The cottage of mtdc was awesome mst stay with family the breakfast was also good staff is well trained n tell provide good service too

Took writers suite, it was very big and well maintained. Place is near to market so well connected. Room service was prompt, buffet breakfast was okay as had 2, 3 options everyday. Dont go with too much expectations of 3 or 5 star hotel, just enjoy the nature there.

Zero maintenance, rooms not cleaned, electric sockets not working, no hot water, smelling rooms, broken tabs. Nothing to show everything was bad

Room were good but no wifi connection or phone network there is no tea/coffee hot water kittle is in room this makes difficult to get tea coffee in cold property not well maintained it is 2km from main market place coming and going cost rs. 100 each

Booked deluxe suite. Stay for two nights. Location was very good, the rest all hopeless. Property looks like a deserted place, no maintenance. Room amenities were just basic, even ordinary hotels provide better amenities.

The experience was average. The area is huge but no recreation facilities for children. The infrastructure needs to be renovated.

It was a valuable stay at mtdc resort. The rooms were neat and tidy. The surroundings campus was very clean. The office staff was very polite and coperative. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Property is good but there is a lack of proper maintenance. Although mentioned that mini fridge, wifi are available but no fridge is there. Wifi is available in reception only but not in the room. No mobile connection or internet is available inside room. Geyser are working well. Staff are well behaved & cooperative. Hot & cold water, room service are good. Spacious room. If mini fridge, wifi are not available inside the room then the same must not be displayed in ad.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at mtdc mahabaleshwar. This stunning heritage property is a true gem, beautifully maintained with an impeccable focus on cleanliness. Every corner of the hotel exudes charm, making you feel like you've stepped back in time while still enjoying modern comforts. Property has spread across the acres of green land giving glimps of beautiful nature. The quality of the food was good. Each meal was a treat, and the attentive restaurant staff ensured that our dining experience was nothing short of perfect. The staff at mtdc mahabaleshwar were cooperative. Additionally, the hotel's location is ideal, just a short distance from the beautiful sunset point, allowing for easy access to one of the area's most popular tourist attractions. Overall, my stay was a wonderful experience, and i look forward to returning in the future.

Resort was located at really nice location. Decent food in their restaurant. Near to all the major attractions and city. Problems that we faced were: 1) lots of monkeys, one monkey came to our room and took some eatables. 2) no wifi connections. As per resort executives, due to monkeys damaging the cables, there are no wifi connections inside the rooms. You have to go to reception to get wifi connection. 3) no mobile reception inside the rooms. It's total isolation. 4) we have to call everytime for daily toiletries and replacement of towels.
