This was quite amazing experices with my wife a 3 yr kid in ravine. Property is huge and well maintained. For location i would give 4/5 a lit bit away from city. But great valley view u get along sunset. For food i would give 4/5 veg foods where good breakfast has good spread. But little off when it came to non vef gravy foods. Non veg starters where good. For rooms i would give 5/5 well maintained and clean rooms with huge balcony i would give play area and common area 5/5 very operable and access-able areas and well maintained. Negetives was wifi. Wifi was not usable. Overall i would give 5/5

Location - good. Food - breakfast provisions were very good amenities - average services - average. Room ambience - wall decor horrible. Need to think on refurbishing the property.

The ravine hotel has gone from bad to worse. The wardrobe is small and the bathroom you can't even bathe properly. The antique wardrobe can't even take hangers where you can hang your clothes. The bathroom is so small and not ventilated at all. The food quality has gone down drastically. I stayed here in 2021, the food was much better. The floor staff is not trained, recruited freshly and put on the job, without any training and induction. Thanks to mr. Karthik, the captain who has been with them for decades, who took care of us karthik is very customer friendly and always ready to help. I will not recommend this hotel until they mend their ways. No value for money

Location was very good but they switched off the wifi when i did paid out checkout bill prior actual check out. They later activated wifi till we checkout

My stay was very comfortable. Room was very cozy and supplied with all the required amenities. W food was very good. It's the best property in panchgani for family, solo and business travellers.

I stayed in ravine after almost 17 years and was impressed with the way in which the property was maintained and updated. The room and toilet was apt for the price and standard of the hotel and good value for money. I stayed for two nights in a valley view room with a balcony which greatly enriched my overall stay. The complimentary breakfast buffet had good variety and the dishes were well made and of good taste. The tandoori chai is a highlight. The breakfast timing mentioned on the board is 8:00 am, but it takes 8:30 am for all the dishes to be available in the breakfast buffet. The service gets going by 8:40 am or so. The room service is efficient and prompt. The menu offers good variety and the dishes were good. The portions are on the smaller side. The hotel is located close to the toll collection check post while entering panchgani and has sufficient parking space. The panchgani market is at a few minutes driving distance. The location might not be convenient for people interested in spending time and walking around in mahabaleshwar because it could take at least half an hour to reach mahabaleshwar.

The property is situated at an excellent location. It is huge and self-sufficient and good for the family. It has lot of activities including play area for kids, gym, swimming pool, game room and 4 tennis courts. Food is average and could be better. Breakfast was average. Overall the place needs maintenance.

Stayed for 2 nights in a valley side room. For 8k per night, found the hotel quite expensive. The room decor and lighting fixtures are pretty below average. Bathroom fixtures and toiletries are basic. One of the bath towel was worn out. Bed mattress was too soft for comfortable sleep. Breakfast menu and taste of food is just about average. Swimming pool is just namesake. Overall, unlikely that i would stay at this property again.

Good location. Quite a few amenities available - tennis court, play garden for kids, indoor games, swimming pool, etc. But needs better maintenance. Food is average, service is fast. Electricity kept tripping frequently on one of the days. Flow of water in the bathroom not enough for a shower so have to use bucket for bath. Found a bit costly for the experience provided.

The stay was good but the property seems to be old and need to have some fixtures to be done. As there was not hot water in the bathroom. Highly priced. Otherwise all good.

We had book a valley view room and the views from the room were excellent. You could see the mountain ranges, valley and rivers from our room. The rooms were decent, the staff were friendly. The quality of food needs improvement

5. Location of hotel is very good, people can enjoy a breath taking view of panchgani mountains from the hotel room. Rooms at very clean. Lot of activities to do inside the hotel premises. Most importantly child friendly hotel. We ordered dal khichadi for our child and they provided a perfect less spicy khidadi. My wise and child enjoyed a lot of.

The food was delicious and ambience was good. Just lacking in their washrooms as they are a bit old and not so apt. Also if you take a package with hi tea beware of what you order as at the end they charge you extra for the food which they said that was covered under the menu of hi tea. The staff seems to be confused in certain areas and also lack of house keeping staff. The lifts are way too small. But the best part about this property is you get a beautiful view.
