The hotel was good but too much over priced. The room was good but not worth 7400. Also the road to the hotel is horrible. I had my 2 months kid with me and we had hard time reaching to the hotel. Couldn’t go out of hotel as the roads were bad.

The location was difficult to reach. City is far away the room was small the food was good swimming pool water was dirty and needed lots of maintenance the view from the room was good staff was nice and polite over all good place, but the feel was not as per the charges levied.

The property is not worth the amount they charged. Rude owner. Staff is good n helpful, food they serve is good but i had stomach issues with that. The major point is accessing the hotel there is no proper road, it is steep down the hill, can’t reach with normal cars. No reception. Pols do not go with family. It’s not worth it. So-so even for singles. Very pathetic experience.

The room was good and big but the location is very hard to find, very unsafe at night the property doesn't have any boundaries, anyone can easily come to your room from outside as well as very easy access from one room to another, cleanliness was also an issue, we had booked breakfast along with the room which was not at all good, in buffet there was only 2 dishes available which was also not fresh, the food wasn't hot at all. The receptionist was rude too. Although the view is good, but didn't matter! )

Best and safe place to stay. Amazing view. Friendly staff. Good food. Good feel. Jacuzzi was best will try to book the same place whenever visit again.

we booked garden view room, didn't expect it to be artificial garden. Property is new, seems like staff is also under experienced. There was breakfast in the morning, but it was not a buffet. There was crab in our room although all the windows were closed. Staff is responsible but property is not so good. The path to reach the property is really in a bad shape, and since this property is steep, it makes it difficult to reach. Overall big property but not a comfortable stay.

Its a small 8 room hotel. The hotel room is big and well maintained. Stay was good. Food excellent. Pure veg. Small pool. The way to hotel ie road is in poor condition. And due to rain becomes messy and muddy. Mounfaijnand lake view from hotel is excellent.

Nice location with lake view. Last 100 meter road is like off road and with slope. Only veg food available and not many nonveg options nearby. Staff is cooperative. Always travel through market.

We loved the stay at the regal. The view from the room is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and full of freshness, you will feel relaxed and excited at the same time, the service provided was also great. Everyone is kind and helpful. I just loved the stay.

Property was good. We are specially looking for properties with some kids play area, and we found the same with this property. Rooms are good and specious, the view was nice and got a good balcony area. Food was good and reasonable.

Review of the Property: 1. **Scenic View, but Not Much Else:** While the property offers a decent view, it fails to deliver on other aspects. 2. **Misleading Claims about Private Balcony:** They claim the property offers private balconies, but in reality, it’s a shared lobby area. Definitely not private, which is misleading. 3. **Lack of Privacy:** Due to the layout of the lobby and the large windows, there's a significant lack of privacy. Curtains are necessary to maintain any sense of privacy inside. 4. **Disappointing Food Quality:** Although I prefer not to criticize food, the meals here are not up to standard. Additionally, we requested an early breakfast, but were told breakfast is only served at 8:30 AM, while most places start serving from 7:30-8:00 AM. The quality of tea and coffee was poor as well—couldn't even get tea without sugar. 5. **Difficult Access and Inadequate Lighting:** The property is located far from main roads. If you have a sedan, be prepared—it's essential that your vehicle has good ground clearance. To make matters worse, the property entrance lacks lighting, making it nearly impossible to locate at night. 6. **Garbage at the Entrance:** Unfortunately, the first thing you notice upon arrival is the garbage bags right at the entrance, which is quite off-putting. 7. **Lack of Hygiene Inside the Room:** The rooms were not well-maintained, and there was a noticeable lack of cleanliness and hygiene. This added to the overall disappointment of the stay.
