While the property is located on the main road there is no name board displaying the property name. Also the parking is right on the main road (not an enclosed area) the rooms were big enough, however there was an issue with the washrooms being dull and dirty. The washroom door knob was almost out of the socket, making it difficult to open and close the door.

Third class room, property is not worthy, bed is damaged, linen is dirty, blanket is dirty, privacy is not there as room sound is listenable outside room and one window does not have curtain, spider and mosquito are there in room, hot water not coming, i can share pictures of hotel and rooms, bed is not king size, it is false written, size is 156 ft including bathroom

Very very poor service. Room door was not working. No room service available. Food service was not available at room. No complimentary breakfast even after paying 3000 for room.

Terrible Stay

Owner was very arrogant. Rooms were dirty. Bathrooms had yellow water. I requested owner to change the room but he was very arrogant. I had 4 nights booking but i had to left the room one day.

Ok. It was horrible experience. No water. No heater. No service. Don't recommend that with high price. I won't go with makemytrip in future. Charged 4000 rs for hotel and provided 1* hotel

24 hours hot water and room service good hotel location not sure, safe hotel, staff friendly but i have big ones problem i found the big mouse child very scared after everything is ok

The hotel is very close to major attraction in mahabaleshwar. E. G. Kate's point, mandir and venna lake. It also has a restaurant attached to it where food was awesome. We received very good service from staffs. Specially gaurav who helped us with my little one's milk-and hot water requirements. Overall a very pleasant experience we had. Thank you!

My room was very congested, no proper air ventilation, no tv was available in room, no phone as there is no range the didn't even kept phones in room, also fii wii-speed was bakwas, food was good but stay is not. I highly recommended food in this hotel but not stay.

Frost thing we ask for water staff give us tab water, last night 4 hrs thier was not electricity in property, staff was very rude & miss behave

Cleanliness and hygiene well maintained, staff was courteous room had a tv but no setup box. So of no use food and service was reasonable and good in taste overall for 1 night stay a good place

Only positive things is it’s location, otherwise for everything you need to wait for 30 minutes for staff to arrive at room. There was no basic things like soap, drinking water provided by the hotel. Never gonna recommend this hotel to anyone
