Hotel was not good, food and rooms are overpriced. Cigarette smell, dinner was also not good. Fish was undercooked, tea was very cold. Parking was away from the room, with rain it was difficult to access the parking. Wifi was not working in forst floor. Breakfast was also not quality worth for the price. Beds were clean and ok. Air conditioning ok. Only good thing was the staff, they were polite and very helpful.

I went for a conference and stayed for one day at hotel mamalla heritage. Very good location, clean premises. The staff were very helpful even upto trying to arrange auto to get to the destination! food was good, though more variety for breakfast might have been good. Overall a pleasant experience

Good location- all tourist places nearby, near to city center and restaurants. Rooms were clean, staff was polite and helpful. Restaurant has limited option bit breakfast buffet was tasty and had good variety. Overall nice stay.

The best hotel in that location, breakfast was awesome, the swimming pool was very nice, sea beach within 1 km, walking distance.

Good location, rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are very nice and the food is very good. I am a regular customer of this hotel. I think this is my 7th trip.

Food was excellent, location was very nearby to beach and butter ball, ambience also good, one water bottle additional cost -44 which was a negative feeling

Mamalla heritage is an excellent hotel very close to all main tourist attractions of mahabalipuram. All temples and monuments are just within walking distance. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. There are two restaurants, one is pure veg and the other is non veg. Food quality is really good. Very much recommendable. Swimming pool is excellent and well maintained.

Location was in the city, food was nice, but it is different from the photos amd the rooms were small. No play area for kids

The hotel is situated on the main road with close vicinity to almost every tourist attractions. Most of the spots can be accessed by walk since the distance is less than 600-700 meters (except light house, pancha ratha, sea shell museum. The breakfast spread was great and the staffs were very helpful. Swimming pool features were good too. Two restaurants are there serving very good food. We had all meals there and it was a great experience. However, there are three critical points. They are: 1) the food quality and prices are fine, but the quantity is very less. In any other city (i mean, bengaluru, kolkata, chennai, delhi, the quantity of same items in similar fine-dining restaurant is more, with similar price range. 2) ac was not working very well, there was problem in temperature control in our room. 3) they give twin beds with two single mattresses which makes it difficult for a couple with kids to sleep peacefully.

I stayed here with my family for 2 days. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good and staff was very friendly and helpful. Its located at main road so easy to find.

Location was great for all attractions. Room was reasonably clean. No hand towels. Hot water was not hot. Breakfast was acceptable not great

Ac didn't work at all and when asked staff started telling we cannot do anything. While booking we have clearly mentioned to have a good room with proper ac but staff took for granted. Food is good but rooms are horrible

had a pleasant stay,pool facing room.staff is great. complimentary buffet breakfast was limited but fair . rooms are ok . approx 150 m away from krishna's butter ball. could see from the room.two halls veg and non veg. The swimming pool is great 👍,open 8am to 7pm

Hotel is good, decent but there are some flaws. We were not given wifi details till we asked, in double room they have 2 single cots with beds and there is a big gap between them and it is hurting our back while sleeping should be double cot. In one of the rooms ac effect was very less when asked technician says it will take 1 hour to start cooling which is nonsense, he also claims ac is 2 ton while we can easily make out it is 1 ton or less. This feels like covering the issue and not solving
