They are not customer friendly. No value for customer money. Their ultimate goal was to mint money. They installed jammers to block ola and uber. They charged me for drinking water

Memorable stay, good amenities, staff are good food tasty. Room service plates are not taken back for whole night from 900 pm. Resulted in lot of crows in morning. Supervisor to look into it.

Place is good nice facilities for the price the give out to corporate and other events which blast music all day loud right outside the rooms which troubles family vacation people who come to relax and enjoy the beach if u go when there’s no event it’s a lovely place next to the beach

This is my 2nd visit in last 2 years to ideal beach resort mahabalipuram, a good hotel with clean private beach. Decent breakfast and sea side villa rooms are very specious. Hotel staffs are polite. Cleaning staffs are good and come on time. Overall good experience.

Location was good however the food and room was just ok. The room has amenities but not well maintained especially bathtub, jacuzzi and the entry path to th room was undergoing some civil work which should be avoided. Room was close to the sea which is the only relief. Food was over priced and does not commensurate to the cost. Room are very spacious. Shower flow was not adequate, bath gel missing and no ventilation provided in the changing rooms.

One of the best beach view resort in ecr. Numerous coconut trees on the sea to provide shade. Decent and large swimming pool. Restaurant is quite big, airy and day lighted with projector set up for the cricket matches. This is my second trip and would like to stay for next year too.

Location rooms are well maintained. Nice view of the sea. The buffet was just horrible as the poori vadai was too hard n there is no non veg gravy and the items are less of salt. None of the items was even average. Only omelette was good. Other than that stay was good

We stayed for a weekend. The property was good for family with kids. Neatly maintained beach access. Spacious rooms, swimming pool, kids play area are really well maintained. Nice spread of breakfast option. Entire family had a great time.

The stay was comfortable.The rooms were neat and clean.All the amenities were good.The beach is bigger than any resort in chennai.It is maintained well and clean.The food is good but could have been much tastier.Love this peacefully place.

I went to ideal beach resort for a 2 day stay with husband and my 3. 5yr old kid. This was my 2nd visit, prior one was in 2019. I had loved it so much that i wanted relive the experience. The best part about this resort is easy access to beach. It was well guarded and gives you a very private experience. We enjoyed spending entire afternoon playing with sand, soaking beach water and viewing sunset. We could again relax after dinner till 10pm. There is a food joint at beach where you can order your favorite beverage, juice, shakes or light snacks and relax watching the ocean. We had booked room with garden view. Rooms are very spacious, clean, fixtures well maintained. Complementary breakfast was awesome, you have variety of food which you can relish. All in all worth the money spent. However, they should install ac now in restaurant. Eating food is a very difficult there as it's humid and very hot.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff Hospitality was awesome. Beach was clean.breakfast had many choices and the taste was very good.

Location is great and clean, ambience is good, facilities in room and room service are fine too. Food is tasty but felt overpriced especially dinner @ restaurant. Swimming pool is average, if they provide floater tubes, it will be useful. 4 feet depth area is very small, gets crowded in the evening hours. Beach is maintained well. Power got cut in one of the rooms, we had to stay without even fan for half of the night. Overall, stay is reasonable and more than average.
