Overpriced and isn't worth the money

The services provided and the quality of services aren't worth the price for this hotel. We were provided rooms, from where the intercom wasn't working. The photographs given in the description are from a new (under construction) building whereas the other (rather old) building rooms aren't in display! one of the 2 rooms we booked, had a window which has no provision to be locked from inside. The television placed in the room mere had any channels other than some vernacular channels. The restaurant was pretty slow in serving the lunch that too having 2 out of 4 dishes served as salt free!

The place was amazing. Very friendly staff and the owner was very caring as well. The place was neat and clean and loved the vibe! Thank you Monte Carlo, definitely recommend for family and friends and very affordable ! 😊

actually stay was pleasant good ambience and dinner menu was very good 👍 room wasn’t clean and found bed bugs inside room there was some old used tissues lying in cupboard and floor complimentary breakfast was average need to improve taste . receptionist and attenders wer very polite

I have provided a room which has lots of complaints, tv, ac are not working. Horrible experiences, i was running with different rooms to check the ac at night 12 am, and stayed in non ac room

Life is good here of course we faced ac in the room is not working and had trouble all along the night. We informed staff. They are helpful but could not able to solve it the hotel is clean and very nicely managed

Terribly smelly rooms with no proper parking. Had to call reception every time I needed hot water as the Geyser switch was not in room but at reception. The walls are made of cardboard hence you will hear lot of outside noise which will ruin ur sleep

The stay was good, the hotel is approx 5 km away from the city so book only when you have your own vehicle. The hotel was renovating when we visited this december 2022. The food was good. The rooms were clean and the staff was quite supportive.
