Paradise to relax

It was an excellent property on the beach side. The resort lies right next to the crocodile park in ecr and has a picturesque ambience within filled with plush green gardens, waterways and beach access. The food was great (especially in reef) and the room was comfy. Overall, a relaxing and rejuvenating stay.

Not meeting the expectations.

It’s just one another regular hotel experience. Nothing special. With my few other 5 star hotel stay experience, sheraton grande is below par. You will not even get any basic snack and drink in your room, no kids friendly dining service, no special occasion complements and not even evening snack as part of booking. I have never seen any 5 star hotel charges evening snack. Had only comfortable bedding and beach access.

Beach side hotel in mahabalipuram run like a business hotel

Beach side property run like a business hotel. The spa is excellent and the buffet is average. If you want to order alacarte half things are not available. All liquor’s on menu are not available. The staff do try to make it feel like a resort but the overall feel is not like a resort.
