Maintenance is too poor. Staff behavior is good. Infrastructure include food container and restaurant is too much unhygienic.

There was no restaurant that is one problem. Because no food or restaurant available near to this hotel. And it doesn't looks like resort. No room service and other facilities. And rate is high than facilities.

1. the room provider has different bed style, in one room 2 single beds kept separately and in 1 room 1 queen size bed given, when asked to change room they said no other room available(said by guy whp came us to show room). 2. AC in room room was not working so after wasting 20mins in checking , they agreed to give other room which was denied initially. 3. I came at hotel with my wife and the hotel guy without asking anyone and without knocking or ringing bell directly opened room and entered and when told to behave responsibly he started argument. 4. He say something to his fellow colleague and laugh. PATHETIC AND IRRESPONSIBLE STAFF

Property was good. Located on the highway leading to mahabalipuram. The rooms were below average. We stayed there for almost 20 hours and a. There was power cut 3 times b. Voltage issue led to blinking of lights, we need switch off lights except for one c. Flush was leaking d. Wash basin was choking positives - a. Staff was friendly b. Food was decent c. Swimming pool was clean

Room was clean and neat, service was excellent and food served was good. Even it was late night they serviced well. For families it’s a good stay in week days.

Swimming pool was not ready and it was so dirty when we asked the staff about pool they told it will take eight hrs to get cleaned also even though they mentioned restaurant food was not available actually it is just a resort maintained kitchen not restaurant

It is a good stay in the budget. But the staff was very harsh. Not at all a good team of staff. Rooms, infrastructure everything was nice and a budget friendly stay.

Room was very neatness and good quality was good, management response very well, swimming pool only very small and they want to maintenance more, other then room, food and all services are good only.

The staff were friendly and it's a nice spot for couples to hang out. But the washbasin had a leak in the bathroom which produced a pungent smell so never opened it.
