Rooms were average. A marriage party had booked lots of room so individual travellers were getting ignored.

The resort is at an excellent location, full of green and fresh positive vibes. The beach was very clean and lovely. We opted for beach villa, which was slightly small, given the price we paid. The food service at the beach restaurant was very slow. Took them more than half n hour just to provide little rice for my baby, the staff was not bothering much. It was only after i got angry that they scuffled and brought. Even the pizza we ordered, they were not much interested in taking up the order and wanted us to cancel the order stating it would take them a lot of time to prepare. The breakfast service was very good, great food. They even provided us with a baby cot on request, well lined and cushioned for the baby, giving extra thought and care. Baby food was also promptly provided. Over all good experience.

Had a good time staying in this hotel for 2 nights. Its spacious, well-maintained property has beachfront views. Cleanliness and service contributes to the resort's inviting and vibrant atmosphere that makes it more memorable.

Though the location is nice, the rooms are not well maintained and the infrastructure seems poor. It doesnt seem like a 5 star hotel maintainance wise.

Beach access was good breakfast buffet had many options and it was delicious room had some insects in the night which was a drawback. Except that, i liked everything

Very high charges for meals for very ordinary restaurant. Only few items fit in for class they boost. Property location was good but nothing to do for pleasure trip. No programs, no indoor play, no small gathering functions

This place was totally indeed an amazing experience for us, had gone for spending my husbands birthday with a 9months old baby! the hospital stood out as usual. Was such a relaxing place with beach view and beach access. The food was absolutely delicious. A small suggestion, it would be great if you can provide an option for booking the rooms along with 1 meal included apart from the breakfast.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful beachside resort. The private beach access provided a peaceful and scenic spot to unwind, and the variety of food options, including a dedicated kids’ menu, made dining enjoyable for the whole family. The kids’ play area was a great addition, giving us some time to relax. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with high hygiene standards. The staff was incredibly polite and well-trained, making our stay seamless and pleasant. For future visits, it would be fantastic to see the beachside shack with more vegetarian dining options. Overall, this is a wonderful family-friendly destination for a relaxing beach vacation. Highly recommended!

Stayed with family of 6. We checked in late night, smooth process got an upgrade. Reached late for breakfast but they kept it open for us. I would like to mention name of ms. Suman for good hospitality. Sea view amazing from property. Spent some time in shack, food and service was amazing. Would definitely love to visit again. Worth staying at the property.

Rooms are average and there is no view if basic room is booked. Even for villas, there could be sea view only for one or two of them. Others are facing trees! swimming pool is not infinity or the meaning has changed recently. Also it is too small for the given number of rooms. Check in process was bad as i have to wait more than 30 minutes even when i arrived at 3pm. The reception felt like a local railway station, all noisy and not pleasant. Only decent thing was the food quality and quantity, even though the prices are 5 star, that is minimum price of anything is 400. No amenities as such, one tt table without proper lighting at night, one old snooker table and guess what, that's all! a small play area for kids at a shady corner. I was hugely disappointed at 5 star ratings and it looks like a scam. If you are looking for a 5 star experience, look elsewhere!

I didn't get a chance to stay in property as i have to cancel my booking on the last day due to the tamil naidu state advisory of not travel-ling to the coastal area due to impact by the cyclone. I requested both make my trip and itc hotels management for the refund as the change in plan was not intentional but due to natural calamity. But hotel management denied the refund mentioning it against hotel policies. It's really sad to know that itc doesn't have any ethics to identify the reason and circumstances of cancellation. Any way i am bearing the loss due to itc policy related to emergency and natural calamity. Hence it's an advisory to all guests seeking booking in itc hotels that please predict the calimities or some nature emergency well in advance and go for timely cancellation of rooms in itc hotels so that you can expect the refund from this hotel chain.

The stay was good and they have upgraded my stay to beach villa as complimentary. The buffet breakfast was so delicious and service was too good. I would recommend as the best weekend destination for a family.

The resort is very beautiful. The private beach is very near and easily accessible. The view from the swimming pool is amazing. They have play area for children also. The dinner spread was good but not up to the mark. I booked a garden bungalow and it was very spacious and well maintained. But there were some black tiny insects in the washroom near the sink. They provide iron and iron board on request. Room service is good. Bathroom was very big. One suggestion i would give is that they should add a drying stand in the balcony. After a great swim, it should be easy to just hang the clothes in the drying stand in the balcony. Also, a separate indoor play area isn't available. So i would give it a 4. 5/5 highlight: the beach view while swimming in the pool.

Firstly i had bad experience property is old i didn't expect this from itc, first day ac was not working we changed the room, second day water was not going in the drain of bathroom means over flowing. Charging 24k for that kind of a room is sure waste

Great place to be in for a family vacation. Resort on right on beach. Super clean rooms and most of the amenities. Breakfast spread is great and provided great start of the day and lot of fuel to energise. I would suggest them to provide tea/coffee by the beach in evening to their guests which would be a great addition to their hospitality. Food is expensive.
