Bed sheets and pillow covers were stained ( semen like stained). Rooms are not cleaned. No fire exit in emergency. Staff is very arrogant. When asked to change bed sheets they denied. We asked about complimentary breakfast is available in room or not? they said it’s available. But while checking out they changed their statement and made extra bill for breakfast. Overall experience is worst.

The photos and actual hotel have a huge difference, don't trust the facade photos. It is good for the single traveller. But it is too costlier even. Not worth staying at the cost of - no breakfast included.

Service and food was good, bed size was small and room cleanliness was not so satisfactory. Parking and complementary breakfast is available.

Rooms are good. But swimming pool is not maintain properly. No place for garden also. Hotel is ok ok. Food is very costly

Overall stay was comfortable, food quality & taste was good. If someone is planning to go to raigad fort further then this is good options for family stay.

Very poor maintanence of rooms. Bathrooms are shabby and very old. Management it seems not interested in up keeping of property. Not worth or value for money. It is more or less guest house.

Hotel is well placed, very close to the highway and has a good restaurant with delicious food. All standard amenities were present. However, hygiene levels of room could have been better. Room was a bit stinky may be due to ac issues. If that is improved then it can be great.

I had a very experience for this stay. Room and bathroom were not at-all clean. Tap water in bathroom was coming murky. Staff in hotel are not at-all polite and helpful. Worst stay ever. Lock of the main door was not working, there was no tv subscription. Only one water bottle was kept in room. For everything we need to call them and ask for it.

Reason for bad rating because per day tarif offered by mmt was higher than the direct booking available at hotel.

A good stopover place on mumbai goa highway

We stayed here to ease our drive ahead along the mumbai goa highway, and glad we did. For one, it's great to break journey to ease the stress of driving. And secondly, because this was a good place to rest and rejuvenate. Decent rooms, clean toilets, polite service. The restaurants are good, though breakfast not included in fare. Location is right on the highway, but when the flyover is made, one will to look out for the place to avoid getting lost. I would stay here again in my next drive on the same route.

The room condition was good and services were also good. Swimming pool should have been more cleaner as it seems it wasn't daily cleaned.

The hotel is very near to highway so it is convenient but same time there is disturbance due to noise of heavy vehicle movement. Food was good. Toilet hygiene need improvement. Overall it was a good stay.
