Prime location. Room was just enough for 2 adults and 2 children. Car parking is little squeeze but could park my big new safari room cleaning has to asked for otherwise they don't clean same applies to complimentary water bottle and coffee and tea powder this has to be rectified problems faced in tv, water heater and toilet seat were attended swiftly and that is well appreciated food quality is good and didn't have gastric problem due to food. Excellent. Overall good and i recommend this to all

Rooms are very clean and hygiene. In addition to that taxi also will be arranged in-case local travel places.

Hassle free check in and check out. Pleasant staff, neat and good rooms. Spacious. Hotel is easily accessible from the nearest railway station. Food is also worth mentioning. Definitely recommend!

Our room was fine, nice and clean, and service was exceptional. Unfortunately our room was adjacent to another room with a thin wall and a door. Our neighbours were a bunch of college kids who were intent on partying. Their loud music and noise kept us awake till 2:00 am in the morning. And even though it was a non smoking room, these kids were smoking and all their smoke was filling our room. Even our kid's sleep was disturbed and she awoke in the middle of the night. Our repeated complaints were heard by the hotel staff but the neighbours were unruly and rambunctious. They increased their volume. The staff was kind enough to give us another room for sleeping. I understand it is a hard job for the hotel staff, but giving room to bachelors creates hassles for other patrons. We appreciate the hotel staff for helping us get another room so late at night, but while giving rooms, they should note these things. Please ask for a room that does not have an adjacent room with bachelors who come for partying.

Rooms are fantabulous, neatly maintained, washrooms are neat and clean. The receptionist, hotel manager, waiters are so kind. U can feel 5 star feeling and food is superb. Superb.
