Hotel is under construction so not best for family. Per night charges on higher side as you can easily find another options ok same area with almost half price. Staff needs to be more polite while talking to guests.

Food was pathetic. No wifi was provided. Staff was arrogant. Room were not clean. Ac wasn’t working. Water was not of filter.

Good. Service was excellent. Nice place for family. Swimming tank was well maintained. Food is good but scope to improve. Tea and breakfast was soso. Tv was there but only free channel avaliable. Zee, sony, cartoon, channels not available.

Stay was extremely comfortable and hygienic. Kids enjoyed a lot. Room is spacious and balcony too. Pool view - sea view room was joy to wake up to beautiful view. Very helpful staff. Pool was very clean. Property is very close to beach merely walking distance. Food is prepared fresh to order hence give time for preparation to enjoy hot delicious meal. Mr. Subham son of owner was taking care of property and guest during his college holidays. Ms. Priyanka was helpful with checking n all. Once i even forgot to lock the room and had asked Priyanka ma'm to do it on our behalf and she helped us. Mr. Shekhar (one of the most hard working staff) is extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. He helped us with booking scuba diving as well as other itineraries. Safe and secure place for kids to play in swimming pool as well as in garden and lawn on their own too. We couldnt get online booking for day 3rd yet had to book another resort for just 1 day. Yet we came back to Blue Heaven to have dinner and all staff including Mr. Subham were very welcoming and courteous towards us and our kids. After dinner kids were playing too at their property. Truly memorable stay👌👌👌 Thanks to wonderful staff of #Nerurkar's #BlueHeavenBeachResort

This property is small and cozy. The food quality is good. But the rooms are not upto the mark. Size is small, beds are small too, furniture is pretty average. It's solar powered electricity creates a problem for warm water.

Actually i had a very good experience at the hotel. The staff were polite and well behaved. Cleanliness was taken care with utmost preventive steps. Food was delicious and hygienic. Moreover the hotel was located at a stone's throw distance from the beach which was very alluring and fascinating. The services provided were very prompt and upto the mark. I was given the exact room type which was posted in the website which was a very great gesture. This place has a lot of parking space for cars which i could see fewer resorts have such type of arrangement.
All best practices were being religiously followed at the hotel from the day of check-in to check out. Food was well prepared with proper hygiene.

Hotel staff is very friendly. Rooms are well maintained and clean. Chef is excellent and will make food as per your request. Food quality and taste here is better than many other restaurants nearby. So if you are planning to go any nearby restaurant for meal, you better have your meal in the hotel restaurant itself.
