Neat and clean rooms and walking distance (hardly 50m) from chivala beach. Loved the food and breakfast items. Must visit for family or groups or couples. Ac and non ac rooms available and ample parking space. Host and his family are very friendly and co-operative.

Relaxing stay at rosary house homestay. Owner rujay fernandis was very helpful. Premises are big. Lot of space for parking. Propertis very near to the beach which is plus point. Food was good. Water sports activities like scuba diving arranged by host. Overall a wonderful experience. Definitely recommend this homestay for memorable vacation

Stayed for 10 days at rosary house and had an absolutely awesome experience! the hospitality of the host and his family, who stay on the same property was exceptional and they went beyond all expectations to make us feel at home! truly a homestay! this place is located not even a minute away from the beautiful chiwla beach, which is a very good beach to swim, take long calm walks and even to fish! the hosts ensured that the breakfast and meals we were served were customised according to our needs so that we could enjoy the amazing malvani cuisine! kudos to rujay and his family! may god bless you!

If you are booking an ac room, please beware, in our case the ac was not functioning properly and the owner was arguing with us instead of accepting the problem

Nice place near the beach. Family run homestay. The property is cute with all facilities except tv cable. They went an extra mile for us and prepared breakfast for us chargeable ofcourse. Overall pleasant stay. Highly recommended. No complaints on pricing too.

Rosary house is a peaceful property located front to the chivala beach. The staff is hospitable and prompt in service. The food served is delicious, especially the seafood. The rooms are clean and spacious with basic amenities. The property is ideal for a family stay and has a small play area for kids. Overall, a pocket-friendly property with good service and ambiance.

I am traveling from mumbai to goa with my family. We have booked two rooms for two days and paid 16000. 1125 &1126. I asked the receptionist to give the ground floor room father and mother their age is 64 & 60. She did not give. The sad hotel is full. But the ground floor room was amt. It is a bad service of man kind. With citizens

Hotel staff was excellent. Food was also tasty Also the beach is at walking distance. The atmosphere of the hotel was also excellent the smell of konkan was in the air of malvan.

This hotel is a beach touch property. Staff is very friendly. From malvan bus stand auto will drop you here. We had food from a local hotel.
