Well located near the mall road at walking distance. Average food, more likely for the south group, amenities were very good. We booked superior room with sit out including breakfast and dinner. Very nice service. Thanks to anup.

Very good hotel, staff and food

A perfect stay from the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were impressed. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room was spotless, modern, and well-appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel's location was ideal, nearby mall road. The breakfast buffet was a delightful experience, offering a wide variety of delicious options. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is coming to manali.

If location doesn't matter too much then the hotel is superb. Neat and clean specious room. Staff are very good and polite. It's around 1. 3 km from meal road.

Hotel poor service

Room is good but hotel service is very poor service. Hotel staff give me tap water instead of mineral sealed bottle. When i asked to manager he told me that water is not complementary you have to pay for water. Because of that tap water me and my wife got sick.

Worst food at hotel for dinner and breakfa

My five night stay was good. Food is also fine but the problem is this hotel is far from mall road and they are claiming 4 star but according to me it's not. Hotel area and location is in market. It was not according to my expectations. Rest all was perfect.

Dirty and unhygienic

The cupboard was very dirty. There was no wifi available even though it was included in my booking. The breakfast that we paid extra for was really bad and the taste was disgusting. The manager's behaviour when we tried to complain was very rude and even though our breakfast was paid he kept taunting because we ordered. The lift was not working all the time.
