Stay was amazing,the hotel has beautiful mountain view, staff of the hotel was very good specially krishin sir nd kiran mam are very sweet,Whenever i will come back i will stay in this hotel only ❤️

Very nice luxury rooms with affordable price and premium service also born fire with sound system included. Polite staff and quick service i admire the most. Good cuisine quality dinner and breakfast. Neat and clean washroom with essential items.

Stayed here this week. It was a very nice experience. Got to stay in 2 rooms, one of them was just good other being really great with good view and private balcony. Location is subjectively very good. But the experience with staff and their hospitality was top notch. It was actually very warm, every one was ever smiling. Took care of requests we made. Have been travel-ling for 8 years but this was the best staff i encountered. Felt like a home while leaving.

Very helpful l and kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean accomodations. Highly recommendable hotel. Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design. Everything looked really new when we were there. We stayed in the hotel for 2 days. It was awesome stay for us. Really nice breakfast spread. Overall it was great.

Great location so i just want to inform the hotel resort location is in very prime. The best part is in this once you are going to enter in that you will really get and met with the positive vibes and positive attitude staff, 1) first you will met the good energetic staff which is in front desk. 2) restaurant staff given us welcome drink. Again we got more positivity 3) for the room there is elevator connection that sounds good. 4) wow vibes with the rooms you will see the mountains with the snowie cover. The rooms were clean very comfortable and the staff was amazing thanks to all staff they have done my great and best stay. Next time i want to visit again in this resort highly recommend this resort

This hotel used to be good quality 2 years ago. After new owner has taken the operations, the quality of food, rooms, staff has deteriorated. Staff needs grooming as some of them are very rude to customers. Will not like to visit again.

hotel management always take over capacity booking and at the time of breakfast and dinner guest not get the proper space to seat at restaurant and also not get food. service is very poor.

We booked this place for our 2 days stay at manali. It was so cold out there and the hot water system at the property was not working. The service at the resort was also very very slow and had to ask them multiple times for the same thing. Considering the premium amount we paid, i would never stay or recommend to book this property again.

Good hotel but bit of food heater issues

The hotel is good but the food quality in the breakfast is not upto the mark. Also while dinner the restaurant always keep telling the fixed item like dal pane-er and roti they say nothing else is available. We are not sure what was the issue as when we raised the feedback to the hotel reception about the restaurant then the restaurant was ready to give all the food items. We can understand if the item availability issue is there due to weather condition but it cant be like everyday you inform that you cant have anything except pane-er not even rice. We felt they were just avoiding the preperation and post my concern they prepared it for us. Being a four star hotel this was not expected from the food basis. Also the heater availibility was a concern at first as one room should have one heater available but we were told on the first day that the heaters are less so we dont have it today. Luckily we got it one day after but we dont expect this from 4/5 star hotels.
