I went to manali and choose hadimba palace. The hotel is very inexpensive. I got 2 rooms for just inr 1800. The rooms were ok. Service was good.

I checked in here for 2 days in delux luxury room. The room was great with all essential facility. Staff was also polite.

Our stay at the hadimba palace was quite unsatisfactory. -the room was shabby. -there was dust everywhere and spiders on the window. -the curtains were torn in places and were so dusty. -the paint of the walls was chipping off. -as soon as i sat down on the chair it broke. -the flush in the washroom was non functional and the geyser didn't work half the time. I had to take a freezing shower the first day. -the tv set up in the room was not working either. -there was no cleaning products like a soup or shampoo provided, just a tiny bar and 2 towel. -the blanket wasn't even covered properly, they only put the cover on half of it and left the other half without any cover. I had to put the covers on myself which wasn't something i was looking forward to do. -the food wasn't that great either, it was super oily and the utensils looked unclean. Rs a night didn't seem worth it for all the struggles we had to go through. Absolutely not the place to stay if you're looking for a hygienic and functional room.

Food was good but service was not that much good
I put my luggage on reception area and they stole my things from my bag and then i called them and asked why u guys have take my things from my bag they said that how we can send your things. Then i told them i'll pay courier charge so please send my things( speaker, saffron, my sleeper, my chadar. Not good

Rooms are not so gud not so bad. Needs dusting, proper cleaning, everywhere there is too much dirt. I think low price is the reason.

Hidimba temple around 500 m and club house around 1 km.
Safe room, clean washroom but water not purified.

Too bad behaviour manager and all staff and also not provide sufficient water for bathing. Please don't book this hotel

Total waste of money no hygiene nothing at all it was the worst stay we ever had in manali ever.
Room was quite dirty: no proper room service we were not even provided tissues even after asking twice or thrice they said they dont have tissues with them. We had stayed in many other hotels too in a new year week but this hotel had a worst service and was total waste of money.
