Hotel staffs were very polite. Food was very tasty. Their buffet breakfast was also very good. They provide room heater complimentary.

The hotel food is nice tasty and hotel located near mall road so you can easily travel by yourself to mall road and himabad temple

The property is closer to manu mall, hidumbi temple and club house. We got the room upon our arrival itself without any additional charge. But late check is not possible, however you have the option to keep the luggage safe and a rest room to use in the restaurant too. Stay was safe. The breakfast was average not much options and we where on dinner included plan too. Do not opt for this if you are spending 03 or 04 nights here as they have fixed menu only. The same menu will have to follow all the days. Food was tasty with the average price of rs 300 starting for most of the dishes. Here the weather is unpredictable and there is chance to rain any time. The hotel doesn't have umbrellas to use for in-house guest which i think they should provide.

I think i made the best choice when i decided to stay here. The location is perfect near to mall road n old manali n omg the room was beautiful way more than u see in pictures n u get a cute bathroom with a bathtub, we booked a ( delux room with garden n forest view )the service of the hotel is top notch they helped us in early check in n provided us room within half hr after our arrival they hotel is so beautiful n the forest is right behind it. The staff is so humble n helpful sweetest people i have met so far in manali. The food of the hotel restaurant is decent. The overall property is amazing. We were so tired after 23 hrs bus trip but after reaching the hotel we felt so relieved such a incredible hotel n the staff made us feel so welcomed n provide us great hospitality n lastly it's very peaceful there i ll definitely recommend it to everyone we were lucky to be able to book the hotel at a reasonable price as i have heard it's always booked. Thank u so much hotel negi's mayflower for an incredible stay.

The rooms were spacious and beautifully set up. The food was delicious. The only negatives was the non availability of Electricity due to persistent Snowfall. Also maintenance team is not available round the clock as we encountered a broken tap in the middle of the night which was resolved in the morning.. Other than that Full Marks for the Rooms, Hospitality

We stayed for our anniversary and they made it perfect by arranging for candle night dinner our stay here was very lovely, rooms are clean and cozy, staff is very courteous location is also perfect, walking distance from mall road

Facilites lacking

The hotel is beautiful, but has a few facilities lacking, there are no plug points for charging mobiles and laptops. The floor is very old the wood continuously creaks and is extremely slippery, there was also a stink in the bathroom every morning. The staff were very polite but the amenities needs to be better

The manager of room service has very rude behaviour. Hotel dont have any spa facility. Bar facility. Moreover there food is terrible. Electric kettle and many other facilities not working. Totally waste of money

Nice ambiance, beautiful gardens, nice spacious rooms. Staff has been wonderful. Had to leave early morning, so kept the break fast ready. My son didn't eat breakfast, so on special request they made a box to carry with us for my son. Food is normal. Not bad but nothing special also. All in all wonderful experience if get a chance, will return again

Damp and dark rooms

The room we booked was in "budget" category, that means that is does not have any windows and it is located in the basement. Unfortunately the rooms were prepaid and did not offer any cancellation refunds. The hotel did not want to cooperate as well. We had horrible experience. Please update room types and photos so that everyone knows what they are booking.

Negi's mayflower is a nice property. Location is very good. Very near to mall road, hidimba temple and old manali. But the problem area was cleanliness of the room. It seemed the room wasn't cleaned before. The table and floor had food stains. The washroom had a used face towel. There was a used tissue left lying on the floor. Housekeeping-was quick to respond. But the house keeping guy who came used the same cloth to clean washroom, n the table in the room and subsequently he used the same cloth to clean the stain on the floor. We requested for a wet mop to clean the floor but they just cleaned with a dry mop and left. So we were really disappointed with this. The tv was not recharged. Had to get it done after we reached there. So overall it was just an ok experience. The property is good but needs to be maintained.
