My overall experience staying in piccadily was satisfying. They have maintained a good hygiene level in the premises. Customer service was also above par. It is very near to mall road. What i disliked was poor connectivity of the wifi especially in my room.

Hotel is good. But in terms of value for money, it is okaish. The hotel will give you a feel of colonial era. The staffs were very polite. Food was average. The main plus points are it's location and heritage.

Room was different from the booked one. It was not a suitable one- curtains were not proper, couch was untidy etc etc

The stay was not as expected. They breached our privacy multiple times which was not as per our expectations. We will not recommend it to anyone.

It is a good hotel with spacious room. Staff was courteous. Food was delicious. Location is near mall road. Exhaust was not working in washroom. It needs improvement.

The location was great! the room was very clean with great decoration, comfortable king bed, spacious bathroom and very good audio and video system! also there was free wi-fi in all the hotel premises! the breakfast & lunch was very good with both cold and hot dishes. Excellent staff & they are helpful in nature. We will definitely stay there again!

The hotel staff was rude and greedy and nothing worked right in the room the beds were not comfortable and the hot water need to wait 10 mins and food very spicy felt like eating only peppers

Whole hotel requires major renovation. Bathrooms are horrible. Wooden material and tiles are all coming out

Food quality is very bad. Not at all worth. Rooms are not clean. Service is just average. Rates are very high as compared to facilities. Please book this hotel only for ordinary experience. Don't expect much from rooms, food, restaurant, service etc. Only good thing is traffic jam free location. Overall not value for money.

Hotel is not providing any bon fire at new year eve and on Jan 1, even they are charging 6000 per couple for live music and DJ and no discounts for residents. I have travelled a lot but I never seen any charges for residents so i must say that i will not prefer this hotel again

The only usp is its location. Otherwise it is not a nice place to stay. Old property with little maintenance. Furniture is also too old.
