The hotel is very close to mall road but yet it's far from the chaos of the road. Though it's on the top of a hill so you need to climb up a little in the road to get there. Otherwise, the rooms are spacious. But the bathroom facilities could be better. No jet spray and other amenities were missing.

Property is decent. Around 5minutes from the mall. Have a great view from both side of the hotel. Food was pretty good and good thing was fresh food. Mr. Rangila was very helpful. Even the workers are very innocent. Would love to stay here again. Just one thing to say please renovate a little bit for more good stay.

All hotel staff was so good. And especially hotel owner sir. They are very supportive and kind heart-ed person. Hotel facilities are excellent. We have enjoyed alot.

Hotel owner do not check in. We are standing out of hotel gate. After very request then gives me 1room. We are booked 2 room and payed 2rooms.

Hotel staff was very humble and polite and the location of the hotel is very prime and the food served in hotel was amazing and the all these at a very reasonable price. I love staying here.

We booked 3 rooms. But they give us one room with bad condition as it was having broken power plug switch. Rooms were very congested. Not worth for money we booked for 7 & 8 jun e, may be others can get it in less prices on other days. One most important thing is that if your going on your own car then one should not book this hotel because the way to hotel is from mall road & road is very tight( one of our car got stucked) & most of the time road get closed from one side auro other by traffic police & you get confused. Otherwise one can go if not going by own vehicle.

Very worst experience with this 'hotel royal' in manali. As i had booked this hotel before 8 days of my arrival with advance payment, but a day before my arrival i received a call from 'hotel royal' they said that they have no left room as you have to cancel your booking and see any other option. It made me very embarrassed as i was travel-ling with my family and a infant. This hotel harassed me too much. So never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room was not good and was in the bad condition. Room staffs were not attentive and service was also late and delay. They were not tanking care of pack ones food. They take 2 hours to give food. As we call they say come after 30 minutes and by this way take 2 hours to give food.

The hotel was close to the mall road by the gurudwara, there was no problem in finding the hotel. The tv was also not working, nor the geyser. When asked for warm water for drinking from the staff, we were not provided despite asking them twice using the intercom. Hope the staff looks into this in the future, as before us a group of guests had checked out a day before because of the inconvenience faced by them in the hotel.
