First, there is no view at all. The hotel is surrounded by buildings so you will not get any view in any room. The food was too poor but you can get many option near by. 500 extra for single mattress were too much. It's just beside to yak hotel better to go to yak, you will get good view by enter in the room you will be disconnected to the outer world, your trip may be finish with in room only

It was a pleasant stay at snow view hotel. Staff was supportive. Specially mr deshraj was very helpful. Location was perfect as hotel was on mall road. Taxi's and auto's were easily available. Hope to go again.

Room attendant/ waiter bro activities not good, he is suddenly enter in room without permission. All staff are good except waiter. Restorent service very fast over all good clean and good behavior

I booked this hotel because it is on a very poor mall road. There is nothing in this hotel with 3 star rating. Breakfast and dinner included in our package cost for two rooms but the quality of food was rubbish, money wasted. There is no room service, there was a lot of pressure at the reception but the reception office was very rude, it does not know the ABCD of client service. Picked him up from the grocery store and made him sit there. Seems like The rooms are useless, no view, suffocating. It is fine for single boys, do not go to this hotel with family, believe me honestly, you will curse yourself.

Hotel located at prime location mall road, very easy to reach mall road. Food is awesome and staff behaviours is nice. Affordable and no hidden charges.

Staff was good But my alloted room 202 was an average room, one sided charger point at double bed side There is not drodge attached to keep your valuables Normal water cattel provided, they told me if you want will provide hot water at your request Basic facilities are missing But hotel staff was good and polite
