Basin in the toilet was not working and the bed cover was dirty

I went to Manali along with my 3 friends. The hotel Triveni was cheap and has a nice location. The rooms are not up to the mark and are very unhygienic. The staff is very cooperative and the food is tasty. Families avoid this hotel but a couple of friends who want to save some bucks, go for it!

It was a good expirience and nice service Location was also good Food was an awesome Problem with cleaness And hot water problem in bathroom Room was on 4th floor it was very hard to reach room, waiters are very good by nature

Hotel is value for money if you think of only stay. Rooms are just OK. Room service, just forget about it as no one will pick your phone. We booked it for Rs. 800 for 4 person and got duplex room. It is approx 300 meter away from mall road.

Very near to mall road street which is famous and in center to the place. And facilities are good here. Also has restaurant in hotel itself and the food is also good. Civil hospital is too close from the hotel Triveni.

Very near to Isbt Manali bus stand

I was quite early to my check-in & hotelier accepted. Given room & was equipped with fan + geyser + balcony + double bed with winter blanket + sofa with table + good mountain view + very near to isbt Manali bus stand.

Hotel Location Easily accessible. Fare affordable and good facilities as per price. Cool Weather and fully furnished room with good house keeping. I really wonder that these prices for how lovely place. Me and my family really want to visit the same hotel.

Very worst experience, locality, room, cleanliness were worst, we changed the hotel and stayed at another hotel of rs. 9880/- was gone in lost. We are not satisfied with this hotel as well as Makemytrip as we done payment to Makemytrip company so do not choose this hotel.
