Best place to stay near mall road. The behaviour of owner and staff was extremely good. Room was clean and room service also good. Terrace view was awesome with seating area. Overall 5 out of 5 rating.

The best option to stay in the heart of manali. The hotel is located near the mall road. Manager and his staff are very courteous and polite. Through their highly professional attitude of hospitality and customer service they make one's stay very comfortable. The restaurant at the hotel offers vegetarian food which is very good in taste. From the roof top one can sit and enjoy the snow clad mountains of manali while enjoying food and beverages.

Hotel was clean, good room with excellent service in where we had breakfast and dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Hotel location is best for family stay.

Staying in mm retreat manali was an amazing experience. Service was too good. The view from the rooms and lawn was quite impressive. This hotel is perfect for those who wants to chill and prefers quiet place to enjoy the scenic beauty. Staff is very cooperative, friendly and very helpful.

Best place, must visit u will not be disappointed, mall road is just 5 minutes walking, everything is just finger away. Food i had also best in whole manali. Behaviour of manager and staff was extremely good, room was clean and room service also good. Terrace view was awesome with seating area, overall 5 out of 5 rating

I had a great experience staying at mm retreat manali. The room offered to us was very clean and the staff was courteous. Very few hotels on mall road offer guest parking on premises, this is one of those. They have a terrace with a beautiful mountain view.

I had a delightful stay in manali at this accommodation. It is conveniently close to mall road. The stay was pleasant, offering hot water and an on-site restaurant. The view was amazing from the property and parking also available. Overall, a good experience.

Great hotel in budget and most important thing is that the hotel room has great valley view. Food quality and price of food is better than any restaurant there in manali. I prefer to stay there and eat there only if u don't want to disappoint yourself. Nice staff n clean hotel and in market.

we are from chennai. our experience in this hotel is awesome. mr. jeet ji, general manager of this property is very humble and polite. when ever my husband made a call, he has directed us rightly and helped us. 🙏 about the hotel staff, every one is very helpful and polite. the food is the another important aspect to mention, the items are very tasty and doesn't make any stomach upset, which is very important during the tour. very safe hotel. on the whole, our stay was very memorable and we have enjoyed thoroughly. thank you so much for your hospitality

As i checked few hotels before staying in this hotel. So i can say this is the hotel in manali. Located exactly near mall road, this is their plus point. The staff are so much well mannered and room service is very fast. And must enjoy the view from room. It's a wonderful valley view.

I had a terrible experience with mm retreat in manali, as the location listed on mall road didn't exist. When i called their number, they provided a different location with a different name, which was extremely frustrating. I had been traveling for 21 hours and then arrived at the hotel, only to find it chaotic. The owner was operating multiple ids on make my trip for a single hotel its a scam. Worst experience

Location is 500 mtr far from mall road & if u have children it is very difficult for you to reach or you have to take cab or auto. Food is good & staff & service is nice.
