Due to power outages there was almost no electricity for the entire stay so we had to cut short the stay. There was no access to wifi, tv, jacuzzi(primary reason to book. None of them was accessed since there was no power

This property have the great ibiza ambience with that can full-fill and complete the match for your demands, also the management staff is very generous and kind heart-ed for their clients and their greviences. Thus that's ambided a great mark of professionalism on me as well on my other refrances.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! the staff was incredibly friendly, the rooms were immaculate, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. Naksh and pankaj were very helpful. Highly recommend.

Reel vs reality means photo some thing else and reality different. Dorm is not good maintain. One bed give to two customers manager is not good enough to manage it all. Worst hotel in manali

It was a decent stay. The team was perfectly polite and respectful, although considering the limited number of people staying at the property, they should've been more aware of each guest's booking details. The rooms were clean enough and beds were not uncomfortable. However it was unusually hot in the area and there was no fan or ac in the room or washroom. Hot water also wasn't readily available in the taps. Food was okay, but i wouldn't call it amazing as some of the other reviews have. Although since the area is quite far from the main city there are very limited options for food otherwise. If you're a solo traveler and wish to spend your time walking around the city and exploring popular tourist spots, this may not be your place. But if you're looking for a quiet place to spend a few days at, go for it.

During booking it was showing a hotel but they have created doms. No hot water available in the rooms since morning. Food was also not upto mark and service was very delayed. No towal and other facilities were available in the bad.
