Room is spacious and food is also good. Balcony gave good scenery very easy to commute and just 200 meters away from vashisht temple (hot water spring. We can easily walk to local street shopping and street food which is just 100 meters (2 mins walk) distance

During my recent stay at namaste in beas valley hotel from november 22nd to 24th, i had an exceptional experience. I stayed in a luxury room with a balcony, and it was everything i hoped for and more. The room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and offered a breathtaking view of the valley. Waking up to the serene landscape from the comfort of my balcony was a highlight of my stay. The staff was incredibly attentive and made sure every aspect of my visit was perfect. From the warm welcome at check-in to the impeccable room service, their hospitality was top-notch. Special mention goes to amit, who was in charge of house care. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Amit helped us arrange bikes and cabs, making our exploration of the area convenient and enjoyable. His dedication and assistance were truly commendable. The amenities provided were first-class, making my stay both comfortable and memorable. The bed was extremely cozy, ensuring restful nights, and the bathroom was equipped with all the necessary luxury items. The hotel's ambiance was tranquil, perfect for a relaxing getaway. I would highly recommend namaste in beas valley hotel to anyone looking for a serene stay in the heart of nature.

I booked a family room but it's not yet cleaned up to the mark, full of insects and bad smell from the blanket, pillows and tv channel is not yet available. They charged an extra rs 1200 for 2 room heaters, but i booked a single family room only it's not fair and food is literally a waste of money. No water in the wash room in the morning, we struggle for the same, overall experience is very very bad in this situation,

The washrooms were stinking, there were mosquitoes and flies in the room. Linen and towels were dirty. The chair kept there was also very dirty.
