Amazing property with even better amenities. Right from the front desk to late night food service, staff was courteous to all our demands and even obliged to come sort out jacquizi bath. Spacious, well kept rooms and service with a smile, will definitely make me come back again.

Not worth paying such a big amount

The parking facility is not good. There is no arrangements for the drivers , not even of clean washroom. The staff is not very professional. Morning Buffet was not good as well as the service.

The stay was lovely, loved the breakfast which was included. The place was clean and very close to the mall road, rooms were very very good very helpful l and kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean accomodations. Highly recommendable hotel. Great value hotel with friendly reception staff who are always willing to help. Enjoyed the stay.

We stayed for 2 days and this hotel is under construction with no such amenities mentioned you have to ask 3 times for something to be done.. staff is good but service is not good… breakfast is bad it doesn’t show the sarovar portico services. You better choose other good resorts in manali in this rate than this. All money wasted . Never coming back to the property . It doesn’t even look like as shown in the pictures. Each room has some issues . Housekeeping is worst no room fragrance after cleaning you can smell bad wet cloth smell after room clean. Balcony chair table are in dust . Please dont book this hotel for your comfortable vacation

The worst 4 star hotel i have ever stayed in my entire life pathetic staff, they have no foood in thier hotel, dont go there, they even deny for the green chutney, water bottle are chargeable, hot water does not come, no one hears the complaint, in their buffet breakfast, tables are un cleaned only 2 staffs are their in entire hotel, drowning the sarovar portico name, they do not have food in thier hotel and ask we have limited food if you want to have select other wise we cant help, pathetic hotel and staff,

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Cosy stay, comfortable rooms and responsive staff, they broadcast-ed the world cup highlights for us to have an enjoyable evening that too complementary, new property and keeping up the standards of a brand, especially mr faisal (hod) was there to attend us personally in every small issue or help we needed, thankyou nature vilas for sucha warm welcome and memorable stay, keep rocking!
