Very helpful, courteous and polite staff. Cozy and memorable stay. Excellent choice and testy food and drinks. Without own vehicle you are stuck and nowhere to go except by walk as they don't have inhouse or outside transport arrangement. All amenities as claimed are not ready or available.

Property location is awesome. The view from the rooms are very nice. The staff is also very helpful. Burans cafe is very nice. Must go place. Breakfast spread and food needs some improvements. Pool was not working. Basic amenities like fridge & locker facility was missing in the property.

Amazing stay! good ambience. Great location/great view. The in house room service needs more attention and the food can get slightly better for sure. Over all a good experience. Price of the hotel slightly on higher side. There are good deals on good properties as alternatives

Rooms are good, location is really nice if you want to avoid the city buzz. There is a river flowing near the hotel but the food is really pathetic the taste is not good. There is a cafe in the property which provides food and is far more tasty than the hotel. They don't have the night menu so if you are someone who like ro party abs eat late there are no options here. Our experience was average just because of the bad taste and no menu after 11 pm

Excellent staff and property with a very pleasant view. In room dining dishes are very good. Need a lot improvement on the breakfast front. All the front desk and housekeeping staff is very courteous

Stay was awesome and beyond my imagination breathtaking views from my balcony. Snow capped mountains and beas river !food was delicious, room was soo cozy and everything was lavish. My 2 day of stay has becomes pretty more memorable bcos of snowfall staff is also so kind

It’s a wonderful place and a hotel. Rooms were super comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely visit again. It would be great if they can improve their breakfast menu

Had a wonderful stay at palchan. It has been newly constructed. Spacious rooms with amazing views. Buran’s (hotel’s restaurant/bar) serves delicious food and amazing cocktails. Highly recommended property for anyone visiting manali.

Staying in this winter bliss was fantastic. From the check in process, to the rooms and the food, everything was on point and we enjoyed our stay at this surprisingly new property. The rooms are spacious, overlook snow-clad mountains and are very close to the solang valley. The features and amenities of the room and property are very modern and new, making it a steal at the price. There is no breakfast buffet at the moment, but you can order and despite breakfast service being slow, the quality of good is good

Room was cosy and warm and the food was very good as well. However, the hotel doesn't have facilities as per the money it charges. Gym was like a junk with broken doors. Swimming pool and jacuzzi was not functional as well.

We loved our stay at palchan hotel. The rooms are neat and clean with amazing decor. The breakfast variety is not much according to raddison and also the service is slow at breakfast time. Overall we loved our stay. The staff is good is here but they need to increase the staff.
